Tired hotel. Attention to detail required

Stayed perhaps at the end of a long season. However had been here about 4 years previously and it felt no money has been spent on it since. Examples included heavily marked walls and a bathroom shower that was peeling away. Most disappointing was the lack of attention to detail around what is a lovely pool. Sun beds were not washed or wiped down. Tables stained. Staff were all focused on the restaurant so glasses weren't cleared. Breakfast ok with extensive choice. Machine coffee though was luke warm. Overall not a 4 star experience.

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. I witnessed and experienced behavior that I found racist and homophobic, and I was deeply disappointed by the way the hotel handled these situations.Even more concerning, the environment did not feel safe, with guests being allowed to physically assault or punch others without appropriate intervention from hotel staff. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel.The property was also unclean and poorly maintained, which made the overall experience even worse.Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Guests deserve a clean, safe, respectful, and welcoming environment regardless of their race, sexual orientation, or background.

Lovely relaxing vibe and atmosphere!

We loved this hotel! It had such a lovely vibe and atmosphere. The pool was so relaxing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, the ease of ordering food etc by the pool was great. The mini bar in the rooms. Everything was just easy. We liked that it was a short 10 walk from the main bit along the promenade, it adds to the peaceful vibe. We were a family with 4 boys and we felt very accommodated. The food is a little pricey but we were happy to pay for the excellent quality and location etc. Sitges itself is great, really lovely relaxed vibe and we liked walking down to the main bit every night and visiting the lovely restaurants and exploring. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. We also got two tokens for a free drink at the bar! When we asked for help booking taxis around Sitges and to the airport they did that for us and they were always on time. They have towels to use at the pool that can be replaced daily with clean ones. The bar is convenient with a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. The pool atmosphere is relaxed with a quiet place for a massage too. The breakfast was good, a selection of cooked food like eggs,bacon, crepes and also pastry’s, cereals, toast, fresh fruit, Yougurts. Also had a lovely sea view from the room which we didn’t expect. The rooms are clean, lovely air con, big beds, clean bathrooms and spacious balcony. The only thing about the location is that it is about 25mins walk from many of the bars and restaurants and there didn’t seem to be any local shops for water etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t fault the staff at all.

Can’t fault any part of the stay, everything was great, little further out of centre but enjoyed the walk along the seafront. Peaceful, great facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer!
