1. Failed to offer 4 star quality or service 2. Worst breakfast ever, - hot food was tepid other food frozen3. . Rooms are basic. Clean but housekeeping not restock properly daily (we gave up and bought bought toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk & sugar from the supermarket. 4. No atmosphere, not typical for Sitges Hotel. 5. Not representative of Sercotel hotels.5. Not value for money. Unfortunately repeating what previous reviewer Reported our issues to friendly Reception and breakfast staff team no changes made, definitely not 4 star attention. Stay somewhere else if you want a 4 star hotel with 4 star service because this hotel won't offer it to you.

Overall a very average stay. The pro’s:1. Location - great location beach front 2. The pool rooftop - nice pool and loungers 3. Nice staff The Con’s:1. Worst breakfast ever. The hot food was not hot. Barely lukewarm 2. No bar at all in the hotel other than one which belongs to the restaurant and you need to eat there 3. Rooms are quite basic. Clean however. 4. Having to ask for a remote control every day to control the blinds on roof terrace 5. Very little atmosphere at the hotel 6. Best staff ever!

We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff. They are a credit to the hotel, always going above and beyond for guests. From the stars on the front desk to the wonderful blonde lady working at breakfast they made our stay wonderful. If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. We stayed for three nights in June, and all I can say is wow! This hotel is absolutely perfect. It's right on the beach, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet, even though it's in the heart of Sitges.The rooms are spotlessly clean and offer the most beautiful views. The rooftop pool is amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay.Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I can't wait to return! One of the best places at the Spain coast ! The location is everything! We stayed on March 16 Th for three nights and our room with balcony (103) was really AMZING , much more that we expected. When you open the door you can see the Mediterranean Sea at first sight! The room have a balcony facing the sea , we have view also from the bed ! The location is perfect lot of restaurants beside the hotel also La Rambla where you can walk , jog or whatever you want to do .Walking beside the sea is really beautiful, the town the stores and . It’s so quiet specially before summer . All the staff was so friendly specially Raissa who make our check in and give us all the tips as restaurants, places to see etc . Very good breakfast, than you to Jennifer she help everyone with their needs and even it was really crowded in the morning she helps everyone with a special touch . If you are looking for a place to stay at Sitges , the Sercotel Kalma Sitges is the perfect place !!!!! Thanks to all of you !!
