This hotel is ideally located 100m from the beach and main street. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable. As its just behind another hotel there are no sea view rooms but the views are still fine as Sitges is a very clean town. There is a great rooftop bar where you can see the a lot of Sitges. The staff are very nice and really helpful. The breakfast is nice and you get to choose from a nice menu and the waiter will make if fresh for you. Some non hotel related info.If travelling from Barcelona Airport try using Bolt or Uber instead of paying almost €75 for a regular taxi. We were quoted €50 at the airport but once in it went up quickly as they use the toll which adds another €8.40 and in the end cost closer to €75. The journey back by using Bolt cost €50. Food and drink prices were cheaper than expected. 50% cheaper than Dublin in most parts.

Amazing spa

This is just for the spa - although reception were very nice too! Lovely clean, warm spa with wonderful pools, sauna & relaxation areas. We virtually had the place to ourselves, it was so peaceful on a rainy Sitges day. My only niggle was that I couldnt find the light in the sauna & it felt too weird to sit in the heat in the dark! Also the steam room wasnt working when we visited. I had a wonderful facial too, really relaxing.

Hotel refuses to return property.

Hotel was fine. Junior Suite was ok. Breakfast was nice and service was great during. Drinks were over priced and poorly made. There is no door to the bathroom in the junior suite which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise a nice stay. Staff was super friendly.But- here is why they are getting one star. When we checked out, I was a bit under the weather and forgot my very expensive headphones. I immediately noticed when we were on the plan and emailed the hotel. They admitted (in writing) that they had them and offered to mail them to me. I thanked them and offered my card to pay for shipping. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING. Not one response after saying they had them. This is basically admitting to theft in my opinion. Avoid this hotel- the staff steals.

Location good, but hotel very tired now.

A great location, but the hotel is in need of maintenance, & an overall revamp. It’s definitely not a for our star hotel anymore. Rooms are poorly maintained these days. The rooftop bar is a nice location, but the food isn’t great. Overall it’s a hotel that’s living on its last. We wouldn’t stay here again, until it’s been renovated.

Great location jus 50 metres from the beach. Easy walking distance to town centre. Rooftop pool but only 6 sunbeds, very quiet when we were here so always managed a bed. Only fault, rooms didn't have balcony's. But great break will back.
