  Just come back after booking a last minute getaway and what a lovely hotel. Lady on reception was amazing upgraded my room to one with a roof terrace and views were amazing .Hotel is spotlessly clean. Pools were lovely water was not freezing so nice to cool off. The best thing about the pools was there were no sunbed wars no smoking by the pool.Restaurant again spotless, plenty of food to choose from and I have to say the food was lovely my favourite was paella.You pay 1 euro for a plastic cup for your drinks which u get back .   Who would believe it was half term. Perfect

  We arrived very late on 28th may. Check in was quick, room was fine, 1 side over looked kebab shop other side pool where evening entertainment is. We heard hardly anything. It was half term in Wales/England but it was so quiet. We are used to 4/5 star hotels which is all singing and dancing because we have children but didn't expect that because we didn't pay the prices. No sunbed wars,hardly anyone in the pools that weren't as cold as some 4/5 star hotels, food was perfect honestly we couldn't fault anything. It was clean, tidy 3 pools and no ques at the bar. There was very basic evening entertainment but plenty of bars close by if you want more. I get very anxious going abroad and even more now I have cancer but this is the most relaxed I have ever been. I was dreading it after reading reviews but you don't pay 4/5 star prices so don't expect it. Bar staff were grumpy but didn't bother us and no ques for bar.   We stayed here for 4 nights and quite frankly we were so glad it was just a short stopover. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and very helpful so a great start but that’s where it ended. The room we were given was filthy and overlooked a kebab shop that was banging out music until 3am. We asked to be moved which they facilitated the next day. Our new room was also dirty but as we were there only 4 nights we just made the best of it. The cleaning staff didn’t come in once in the whole time we were there so we did our own cleaning. There was dark hair all over the bedroom floor and under the bed itself which we removed ourselves!All the pools were empty and closed apart from a small one near the restaurant for the duration of our stay. The absolute worst part was, we witnessed a violent assault by a man possibly in his 50’s on a young lad by the pool! Although this wasn’t the hotels fault what was utterly astounding was that the hotel did nothing about it! Even after multiple complaints from lots of guests he was allowed to remain in the hotel. That same man then went on to assault another person that very evening! How the hotel manager dealt with these assaults was totally unacceptable she didn’t seem to care she spent all her time just walking around the hotel trying to look like she knew what she was doing. The blood that had dripped from the young lads face hadn’t even been cleaned up and was still there in the evening all around the pool and the pool bar. The family of the young lad contacted the British Embassy for support because the hotel manager did nothing! He was not even offered any medical attention after he was assaulted. I will be contacting Bluesea hotels head office with a more detailed complaint.The food was the same every day and very little choice so we ate out instead. I will say though the restaurant staff were very friendly and what was available was cooked well. The whole place needs a refurbishment. This is meant to be a family friendly hotel but I would never take children here purely because of how they dealt with the violent assault on the young lad. The place feels very unsafe and dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the staff are very friendly, we can’t comment about the cleaning staff because we never saw them.   A lovely hotel in a perfect location

  I’d read some of the earlier reviews and was honestly really anxious about our visit. But there was really no need. The lady on reception who checked us in (apologies I didn’t catch her name) was really friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and we had a lovely note and some cava from the hotel as it was our anniversary during our stay. Cleaning service is every other day and we couldn’t fault our housekeepers, the room was always spotless after they’d been and smelt lovely. The hotel has taken on board some of the other reviewers comments and we saw maintenance and painting happening daily. The grounds are lovely and clean and there was never any sun-bed wars. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food is your standard all inclusive. There’s a real attempt to cater for all tastes, lots of fresh salad and fruit. My husband who has sensory issues around food always found something to eat and never went hungry. The location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes walk away from restaurants, bars and the beautiful Fenabe Beach. As well as a 5 minute walk from the market on a Thursday and Sunday.
