Location

This luxury hotel is situated in the tourist area of Playa de Fañabé and is just across the promenade from the sandy beach. Puerto Colón marina, as well as an abundance of shops and entertainment venues, is located in the vicinity, around 600 m away. Links to the public transport network are some 150 m away. Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is around 18 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 11 lifts and features 100 suites and 171 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Tenth stay here I think, another two trips already booked so maybe I’m biased but would struggle to stay anywhere else in adeje. Staff as usual very friendly, interesting over the years how many of the staff have remained and been promoted through the ranks over our stays. Rooms spotless and sunbeds on all balconies is unique to hotels in the area so no sunbed rush. Breakfast decent although getting a toastie when the same member of staff is working is somewhat frustrating, been like it for years, weekend staff toastie galore, sure she does it on purpose 😂Evening entertainment is a little hit and miss depending on your tastes. Again most of the bar staff have been there years, says a lot about their loyalty to the brand. Overall another fantastic stay. Keep up the good work and sort the toasties out

    This is a fantastic hotel. Centrally situated with numerous restaurants and bars just a few steps away. Hotel suites, rooms, staff, amenities and cuisine faultless. Peaceful, relaxing and quiet. This was our sixth stay and we will most certainly visit again. Highly recommended.

    Great location with relatively easy walking distance or use lifts to the promenade.Atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant where very friendly staff will cater for all your needs. We have stayed at the hotel a number of times over the past few years and can honestly say that the staff are at the core of creating a lovely atmosphere within the hotel.Rooms have recently been refurbished we stayed in a garden room with great access to pool and veranda areas.The hotel is on the expensive side but well worth the extra cost we have stayed other Adrian hotel within Adele but our preference is that the extra expense is well worth it.Rooms, hotel in general and grounds are spotlessly clean, but must comment that there were cats with kittens occupying our balcony which was off putting as the mother cat would become aggressive when walking on our outdoor space.Hotel is very quiet and not affected with noise pollution from surrounding restaurants or bars.Service through bar and restaurant is first class attending to all requests.The amenities are excellent we did note that the hotel is also catering for young families which is good to see and also elderly with limited mobility.
