Location

This hotel lies at the heart of San Isidro, just 5 minutes drive from Reina Sofía airport. It is about 4 km to the nearest beach and the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas may be reached by car in around 20 minutes.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 91 non-smoking rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Not much of a reason to stay here unless your plane arrives very late -ours did. Hotel is old and dingy. Very old and dingy. Mostly clean but corners are disgusting and room is not in good repair. Breakfast is barely ok. We slept here for about seven ours had breakfast and left. Other than that don’t stay here. You would not think you are on vacation

    This would be better described as a hostel not a 3* hotel, if I could give it no stars I would. We arrived early hours of the morning due to our flight being cancelled. The hotel could not offer us a drink or any vending facilities so had to go to a nearby casino to buy some. No aircon, no fan (told to sleep with door open by staff!), no WiFi, no amenities, no tea/coffee facilities in rooms, curtains hanging off, dirty bathroom and towels. Breakfast (if you can all it that) was a bit of sliced melon, kiwi, pastries, cheese and meat slices, they started locking the door at 9:15 and the server was also the hotel maid/cleaner. We stayed the first night because we didn’t have much choice but checked out the next morning along with many others. There was no way a family with children could stay here more than one night and EasyJet expected us to stay 4!!!

    Just don't go Like faulty towers Reminds me of the film the shining dark corridors The only good thing was the Director could be nice if they spent some money on it.Walls were damaged beds creaky stunk of weed and paper thin walls you could hear everything beds creaky.Breakfast awful she tried but just too small and too much work for one employee

    This was arranged by easyJet as overnight accommodation following flight being cancelled. Would not recommend no amenities and very tired, dated and empty rooms with paper thin walls. What furniture was in room was very old including beds. We had a balcony but there was an awful view and no furniture. Room was very hot as no air con. We did not stay and there were a number of people unhappy. I would say the staff at reception were helpful though but hotel needs a lot of work

    This hotel is a complete dump, it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel, rooms and bathrooms are dirty and it’s very noisy.The breakfast is a joke, the only good thing about this hotel is Caroline the receptionistThis hotel shouldn’t be allowed to operate let alone charge expensive rates.
