    One of the worst stays I have had. To begin the receptionist told me I didn't even have a booking ...then changed his mind and said I did but not the dates I thought. Then he realised that was also wrong. The place is ugly and noisy ...whenever someone closes a door it sounds like an earthquake and they decided to have a DJ on the saturday night. I wasn't the only person to compain about that. A hostal is for sleeping -not having a pop concert. I paid £48 extra for a room to myself and it was terrible...I don't think any decor had been changed since 1975. The location was not good and I do not recommend you stay here.

    Nice hostel, great stuff, close to everything. I loved the commone erea on the rooftop,and the breakfast is delicious. You can walk to everithing and bus station is near by.Stuff in hostel were very friendly and helpful. Beds are confy and rooms spacious.

    This hostel was fantastic! The staff was absolutely amazing, making me feel so welcome as a solo traveler. The hostel also has great amenities and a really nice terrace that’s great for meeting people.

    I had a great time at Aguere Nest hostel. The vibe was great, I felt very welcome from the beginning and it was a great place to meet other people! The staff were incredible, always friendly, happy to help and a great team.

    This hostel is amazing!The volunteers are very helpful and smile the whole time.The building itself is a big house with several rooms. There are in total 4 clean showers and toilets, enough for everyone.The best place is their huge terrace. It's amazing: full of flowers, lounges, bar, tables, facilities for excersices,... The breakfast is included which is the best I ever had in a hostel. Many things are homemade and there is plenty of variety.I would definitely recommend this hostel to people who want to visit the beautiful city La Laguna, the national park Anaga, the capital Santa Cruz or if you need to take a flight in the North (but believe me that you will regret not staying more then 1 night).
