Location

This hotel is an ideal destination for both business visitors and sport enthusiasts. The hotel is centrally located and is just a 5-minute walk from various coves and the beach promenades. There are various shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. Links to the public transport network lie within walking distance of the hotel (200 m) and can be easily reached on foot.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. Guests have a choice of 308 non-smoking rooms, including 271 double rooms, located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hairdresser. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Most units have a sea view. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 37 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and archery are available. Water sports available at the hotel include jet skiing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. A range of wellness facilities, such as a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a café. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    ok for under 30's...hotel is ok but its next to veronicas strip,when you leave hotel your constantly tormented to buy drugs.its a scruffy area with litter and gas bottles left around,,noisy base music to 3am some times ! i wouldnt go back

    We stayed here, the hotel was clean, had cleaners in every day which we loved, we were all inclusive for 7 nights, food was good, different theme every night, sangria was gawjus, we stepped off the plane and it was hot all week, no rain at all, on our last day it was 30 degrees, pool was warm, staff was helpful at all times, not far from the town (playas de Americas) beach in walking distance, didn’t have to pay for a safe as it was included, didn’t have a lot of entertain for the kids.     Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment!​For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!     Accomar We arrived here on 19th may, they upgraded our room straight away without us evening asking we had two rooms next to each other, very big and clean rooms. Pool side was great, very clean a little entertainment around the pool, on of the entertainment reps (Accomar) sorry if spelt that wrong, he was so good with my kids and made there days here that little bit more special. Great experience here, close to everything and very accommodating would highly recommend it.
