Location

This light-flooded hotel is situated around 300 m from the sea, the promenade and Playa de las Vistas beach. The large main beach of Playa de Troya can be found about 800 m away. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre of Playa de las Americas are within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of the regular local bus service. A bus stop is situated approximately 500 m from the hotel. The international airport, Reina Sofía, is approximately 15 km away.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2023. Guests have a choice of 282 non-smoking rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a cash machine and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 2 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. There is also a minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy bocce and archery. For a fee, paddle tennis is also available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and darts or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands and house favourite brands.

    We booked this hotel mainly due to its central location, but we got the best of both worlds as the hotel is great! Very clean, lovely rooms, and the staff are amazing. Shout out to Ramon at the pool bar. Goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is fed and watered. Nothing is too much trouble. Great hotel, will definitely return.

    All staff very helpful and accommodating, minor room linen issue on arrival which was quickly resolved. Ramon was quick and efficient at breakfast. Great family hotel
