This apartment hotel is situated in southwest of Tenerife in the popular holiday resort of Playa de la Arena, not far from the famous cliffs of Los Gigantes. Public transport links are nearby and the beach may be found 800 m away. Tenerife South Airport is just 45 km away.

This apartment hotel was renovated in 2021. Units include 317 rooms and 312 apartments located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     We visited as a family of 4, (2 x apartments next to each other), after reading a few reviews about the hotel possibly closing down we weren't sure if everything was going to be ok. Half way through our trip a note was put under the door to say the hotel was being taken over by Servateur and you can see improvements being made already. I'll review all aspects of our trip below:ROOMSClean with the comfiest bed I think we've ever slept in! TVs didn't work the whole trip but we didn't want to watch it so wasn't a problem and internet was very selective which area of the hotel it worked in. Rooms are very dated and hopefully the takeover gives an upgrade to them. Air con in our room was great, very powerful and cold but our kids room next door it was pretty much non-existant and their room was stifling most days!FOODA very good choice of food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The pool snack bar is open daytime as well and has a decent choice. We were all All-inclusive and the there was a decent choice of drinks too.POOL & ENTERTAINMENT Plenty of sunbeds over all 3 pools and umbrellas, no need to rush down and reserve beds. We didn't use the kids area other than the slide which they enjoyed. Pools are cold when you are first in and the entertainment crew do a great job of quizzes, water polo during the daytime. We didn't do any of the evening activities but our apartment backed on to the stage and it was very loud and sounded like everyone enjoyed themselves then.STAFFAll staff we encountered were friendly & helpful and most spoke English.

    First of all the accommodation was awful, the most uncomfortable I have ever been in and I have stayed in a number of budget hotels. The hard chairs and the planks of wood sticking into my ribs and back while trying to sleep on the sofa bed will never leave me. The shower head was so rusted over, I did not use the shower through fear of what might come out the nozzles. It would be very easy to give this hotel one stars BUT…..The staff, food and an atmosphere were incredible and I would give this aspect 5 stars. At this hotel the staff know how to create a fabulous atmosphere, ensure their customers have a great time while looking after their guests from the start. There is no begging for tips here. The food and service were incredible, which is some achievement when one considers the resources they are working with. I paid about 4 euros when booking the room for each adults meal. There was even some lovely singing at dinner by some local artists. The entertainment was far removed from the usual cats chorus that perform in holiday resorts throughout Tenerife- where people drink up to save their ears and sanity. The atmosphere was some of the best I have experienced, everyone could be themselves and everyone was included. There is nothing pretentious here and the guests (including myself loved it) The staff were well led and worked as a team.If the apartment was not so uncomfortable, I would return

    This was my second stay at the hotel, and my positive opinion remains unchanged. Excellent value for money. The hotel deserves its high reviews; it's much better than many hotels with more stars. Good location, delicious food. Very nice and friendly service. I especially remember the bartender, Javi. He had a very good, enthusiastic approach to customers, especially children. Overall, a very good hotel. I'd happily return again... I even wanted to make a reservation, but will the hotel be closing? That would be a real shame.     Just wanted to write a review about this hotel overall hotel is good. Don't get me wrong the hotel could do with a bit of a upgrade in places as it is starting to look tired but overall after reading reviews, there is a lot of negative reviews which i find really unfair as everywhere in yhe hotel is clean and tidy and overall is well kept clean. The the staff are great and the food is good plenty of choice in the restaurant.The snack bar is really good. One thing I did like about this hotel they are on top of the sun loungers so no having to get up at silly time to get a sunbed as there is plenty.The hotel is amazing if you have kids as well entertainment team all lovely especially Weronika. The evening entertainment is good also. Overall if you have booked this don't let the negative reviews put you off.
