Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers, families and young people, this hotel is situated in a quiet area in San Miguel de Abona, right by the sea.

Facility

The complex was renovated in 2022. Guests have a choice of 410 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A laundry service and a banquet hall are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, bocce, basketball and paddle tennis. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kitesurfing, jet skiing and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics. A wellness area with a sauna is available at the complex. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include an à-la-carte restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Fantastic food for breakfast lunch and dinner definitely recommend Julie’s food is amazing and staff are so professional. Won’t be going very far x

    This is a superb hotel. Spotlessly clean, large rooms and with staff who go over and above, the all inclusive buffet meals were absolutely superb. The range of choices was excellent and the quality of the food was extremely good too. A pleasure to watch the chefs cooking meat and fish while you wait and other staff were attentive in quickly clearing plates.My phone was unfortunately stolen on a promenade near Playa de las Americas, and the hotel staff, especially the manager Laurence, devoted hours of their time to help me with emergency calls and communications. An outstanding hotel…even the cleaners were friendly.

    Apart from food which was acceptable, the rest of things were so good. The entertainment team were exceptionally great. Manuel, Clara, Erica and the boss were very entertaining and engaging. In the reception Mia was so kind and helpful. Hopefully one day we will go back there.

    I just returned from the trip with husband and 2 kids. Where do I start...On the arrival we checked in at the reception and been told where to find the room. The room card didn't work so we had to go back to reception and spent 30 minutes sorting it out. I asked the guy "H" if he could help us with the suitcases, and he said yes. He walked us to the room, but didn't actually gave us hand with our language.We found the entertainment to be non-existent for my kids. Evening would have mini disco at 8.30, which I think its late for 5 and 6 year old. Outside of the hotel there is nothing to do either. The beach is black stones, not really suitable for swimming also due to ST Michael Marina being there where ships and boats are parked. The bar staff at the main bar were not interested in being nice and sometimes acted rude. Ques we long even outside of the season, and I dread to think what it would be during the summer. Once I was about to get a drink after 15 min waiting, then a older guy turned up next to me and the bar tender served him first. When I said it was my turn, both pretended they couldn't see or hear me. Another time when I tried to get drink, the female bar tender gave me very annoyed looked and said she is busy and carried on wiping the bar surface for 5 minutes. The bar staff were not very friendly. Drinks We hired a car from the airport which was cheaper then the hotel and took trip to Siam park which was great as well as Loro Park.Don't expect staff at the recpetion to advise you or guide you where to go or how to get there. Most of the time they didn't know anything. The ques next to reception to speak to one of the staff who either rent out the car or sell tickets to Siam park are long. One lady was so fed up waiting her turn that she jumped in ahead of 2 people. when we both said to her it's our turn, she completely ignored us and then was rude to staff as well.I am not sure if this is because Hyatt group recently bought the hotel and there were changes but there is definitely a disconnect b
