Location

This apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz, quite close to public transport and only steps away from the beach (300 m). Guests may enjoy a long stroll on the lovely promenade just 400 m away. Near to the complex, guests will find the old town, with its large pedestrianised area and countless shops, restaurants, bars and further entertainment venues. The beautiful sea, where guests may swim, are easily reached on foot, approximately a 30-minute walk away. The island's capital, Santa Cruz, is located around 32 km from the complex, just a short car journey away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 132 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     If you want to live in the center, the location is very good, but take a closer look at the range of offers and think about whether it will suit you.     Good yo have the reception open 24h. A littel minus - it was not possible to place the shower head in the shower head holder on the wall, so I had to use one hand to shower, but this is only a small problem.     The staff were fantastic however the quality of the hotel wasn’t great. It looked very dated, which is something that the staff cannot control The food was not great at all and I was thankful that they were sending us to a sister Hotel for the evening meals or I wouldn’t of had any food at all. I had to live on cereal as that’s all it was any good but The staff were The only asset to this hotel.
