Location

The complex is ideally situated 500 m from the centre of Playa de las Américas. It is 650 m from the beach and 1,200 m from Los Cristianos, with many bars, restaurants and shops close by. Tenerife South Airport is around 16 km away, while Tenerife North Airport is approximately 90 km from the complex.

Facility

72 non-smoking rooms, including 42 apartments and 28 studios, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     I could not fault this place. The staff were so lovely at the front desk alongside the cleaners who were always friendly. We stayed in off season and it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in, we were the only ones in the pool most days. The rooms is great and well stocked. Very spacious and I loved the balcony. I would 100 percent return to this hotel. If you are looking for a chill hotel in a good location that is value for money I would definitely recommend. We didn’t go out often so it was the perfect hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

    Just returned from a week in Tenerife and stayed in these apartments. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The place was also very clean. My kids loved the pool. We could use the pool towels provided which were great and the piece of mind of having a lifeguard on duty was great. Rooms were basic but nice and clean. Breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. Overall a happy family.

    Beautiful quiet apartments over Easter

    Overall I cannot fault these apartments at all. We stayed here for a week during Easter Break and flew in from Edinburgh. 1 Bed Apartment was spacious, clean and modern throughout. Walk in shower in the bathroom. Balconies are huge and can be accessed from bedroom or lounge area. Cleaners were thorough and couldn’t do enough for you. Pool towels are provided so no need to bring your own. No cleaning Wed/Sun. Safe provided and air con available in room for 50€ refundable deposit (gives you the remote) we left the patio door open and that done the job. Pool area is spotless and extremely quiet, no music allowed and no activities around the pool. Lifeguard on duty during the day. Lots of loungers and umbrellas around the pool area and never had a problem getting them, pool area opens at 10am which was ideal. There are bars and restaurants within 5min walk, would recommend the Chinese and local bar Sole as excellent value for money. Apartments are about 15min walk to Américas / Los Cristianos but all flat and was nice to be out of the bustle of it all. Staff could not be more helpful and little touches of sweets/water/fruit in reception were nice. Luggage area for after check out was hassle free and plenty of shower/toilet facilities for when leaving, if like us you had a later flight. Check in is 2pm, check out 11am. **if I am being slightly picky there are not many plug sockets in the rooms so bring an adapter, the WIFI was a hit or a miss in our room but we were on far side so that may have been why.** Overall a brilliant week away and would highly recommend Marola Park Apartments.

    Really enjoyed this place. The pool area was lovely and peaceful with a great drinks/snack bar. 3 euros for a large beer and 4.50 euros for a large vodka and coke. Cleaning staff really friendly and thorough. Apartments are slightly dated, but really spotless with comfy beds. reception staff were also very nice too. 10 min walk to Los Christianos (Turn right coming out of the hotel and take the first path up the side of the hotel, then turn right to go down the hill and round the bend) or 10 min walk to Las Americas. I would 100% recommend this place.
