Location

This apartment complex enjoys a central location, only around 50 m away from the tourist centre of Playa de Las Americas, where guests will find countless restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. The nearest beach is located just 300 m from the hotel. Travel time to Tenerife South Airport is approximately 15 minutes. The complex is located behind Las Piramidas apartment complex.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 74 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Booked the place through booking.com. the place was disgusting. Full of flies, rusty bath and full of mould. Grease under the cupboards and dirty equipment. The mattresses was dirty. Electric socket stuck on with cello tape.Tried contacting the owner many times, but no answer!!We ate out every night due to flies in and around the kitchen area. Was washing cups, glasses and small before we used them. Certainly wont be booking this place again, through these people

    I always take reviews with a pinch of salt I’d rather make my own mind up,we went for 10 days the rooms are filthy,the beds were a joke I think prisoners probably get better ones,the room were like death traps,plugs hanging off walls,u couldn’t open the sliding door to get outside.the noise were terrible up until 4am most nights we people shouting playing loud music,builders next door (which can’t be helped)a nice wake up call every morning at 8am.you couldn’t get near the kids pool because that was probably best place for sun so all the towels were out before the sun was out,although there weren’t any children there 😡location good that’s about only thing going for it!!!

    I booked a last minute holiday to these apartments without reading the reviews 1st; I was dreading it; but i have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the accommodation is basic, I expected this, it's a 2 star! Firstly it's an easy bus ride from the airport. Get off at Columbus and the hotel is a few minutes walk away. Check In at the main hotel around the corner. Staff were ok. You will be charged for basic items, ie Iron, toaster 20E(You get 10 back when you leave). I stayed in a ground floor apartment which was actually ok. Mostly had everything I needed and even access to a pool just outside the apartment that was rarely used so felt like my own. Cleaners came every day with clean towels and were friendly. Kitchenette was one of the best I've seen in a self catering apartment (in terms of facilities; abit dated) Never saw any roaches (although it was January), The location was perfect for shops, restuauarants and nightlife. Everything was within easy walking distance. I can imagine my experience would be different in the summer as I think this place would attract alot of youngsters in the summer because of the location and affordability but it was great for some winter sun and much quieter this time if year. Please dont be put iff by some of these reviews. I've rated it average as I had a comfortable first 4 days of my trip here with no complaints.

    I booked here without reading the reviews first. I would have avoided booking reading some very negative comments but I can honeatly say that I didnt have any issues. It was an excellent location and the apartments are adjacent to the hotel with all their facilities available to use including 5 swimming pools. The cleaner came in everyday and i didnt see one creepy crawly and i was in a ground floor apartment. The apartments were basic but very adequate and clean. D8nt be out off by the reviews cos if you want 4 star pay for it otherwise this is is more than pleasing for the price you pay

    stayed here with 10 of my friends for a birthday, I think It really depends on what room you get. I had the 3rd floor, I had no problems, it was nice and spacious, sharing with 2 of my friends. my other friend on the other hand had a ground floor and was squashing cockroaches everyday and night loll!! the only thing in our room was the floor was so dirty, wed get out the shower and our feet would be dirty within seconds. lots of gates to get through to actually get to our rooms which was kinda annoying. we didn't use the main pool. we used the pool round the back and pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time.
