Location

This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Costa Adeje, only around 500 m from the beach. The tourist centre with its diverse shopping opportunities is only a short walk away. There are various shopping areas with a diverse nightlife, bars and restaurants in the area immediately next to the hotel. Public transport connections are to be found approximately 100 m away. The tourist centre of Playa de las Americas lies 1 km away. Guests will reach Tenerife South airport in 15 minutes by car.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 76 rooms and 20 studios. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The apartment complex has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Leisure options at the complex include cycling/mountain biking, golf, a gym and a solarium. For a fee, guests can also enjoy table tennis and billiards.

Meals

A restaurant, a café and a bar are available to guests. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    My review is for the restaurant, we ate there most mornings for breakfast, met 2 lovely members of staff, Erica & Paul. At night time the long standing member Janet was so helpful, hope to see you all next April.☘️🇮🇪

    We have been coming here many years and get what we expect for 2 star. Staff amazing, pool area great etc. However, this time the apartment was filthy! The electric kept going out and the microwave nearly blew up. Cleaners were lovely but apparent only floors washed and sheets changed. Doors, frames etc were filthy, as was the old freezer. Crumbs behind fridge and under microwave, tiny critters on kitchen worktop. I had to buy antibacterial wipes and try to clean some areas. When we left, we stripped beds as we always do to find dirty ripped mattresses. At £730 each for 10 days, not acceptable.

    We booked an EasyJet package and we went for the cheapest option because we knew we wouldn't be using the room much. We are out and about everyday . The apartment complex is in a decent location. The complex is horrible . High fences/cages everywhere around it , including the balcony . They must have had security issues in the past . Ours overlooked some waste ground that was full of rubbish and graffiti. Some of the apartments are rented to local workers so they have their belongings on the paths . The actual apartment was not too bad. Could have been cleaner ....You get what you pay for - it surely had to be the worse accommodation in Adeje...
