Location

The hotel is situated in the quiet village of Callao Salvaje, 50 m from a beach and in the immediate vicinity of many restaurants, shops and bars. Tenerife South Airport is about 30 km away and Tenerife North Airport is some 90 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 70 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Featuring 2 pools (in part saltwater), the pool complex includes an outdoor section and children's area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site bocce. For a fee, tennis is also available. With snorkelling and diving available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. The apartment hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, billiards and darts or, for a fee, table tennis. A spa, steam bath and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Ok but cud be better

    We had room with great sea view but from there the plus points go down, jet 2 says entertainment on regular basis from April 14th but we been here 4 nights and all we’ve had is a singer in the dining room on 2 nights, I say singer but he’s a Spanish guy singing so quietly you can hardly hear him, he finished at 9 and then nothing, not even any music playing thru the speakers in bar. The bar also shuts at 11 smack on the dot which for me when you are on holiday is rather early, not even on option to pay for drinks after 11, cleaning great, all staff work hard , food is just about ok, we are here in quiet season so Wudnt want to be here in peak season if restaurant options don’t change, wud we come back here, no probably don’t think we would due to lack of entertainment and early closing of bar, oh and no entertainment at all during the day. If you’re 75 or over then yeah but not for us!!!!!!

    Loved this quiet, clean and perfectly situated hotel for a relaxing holiday with friends. We were all inclusive. Only the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty of choice on the lunch and evening menu. And they didn’t mind a few minor changes to our order. The area around the pool and view overlooking the sea were lovely. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were all very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved our week away here and would recommend for a really chilled out holiday and great value for money.

    We recently stayed at the Atlantic Holiday Hotel and had a lovely time.The hotel is really well kept and clean, Staff were really friendly. Fernando on reception really was outstanding and really helped us during our stay.Location is lovely and quiet with amazing sea views.There are a few nearby restaurants in the local area which all seem lovely.We hired a car which I think is needed if you want to explore the island.Our room was facing the street which didn't cause any issues with sound as the area is quiet anyway with amazing views of Teide.There is a sun terrace which is lovely at dusk for sunset views.Room was big and nicely decorated, with a balcony facing the street.Will 100% be staying again.     Had booked a 1 bed Apartment, street view, all inclusive, through Jet 2, on arrival were allocated apartment 300. On entering we noticed a low humming sound which I eventually located coming from the outer corner of the living room and bedroom area. I went to reception complaining and was told we could not be moved as the hotel was full. After a restless night with little sleep I met the manager who admitted there was a noise problem in the apartment and moved us to 410. This was a roomy 1 bed apartment. There was some noise from the street and in the early hours noise from a bin lorry. Breakfasts were were ok, lunches were served at the pool bar. Food in the restaurant was good for the first 6 days. There were 2 menus, on day 6 staff gave us a quality slip about food and we scored it good overall. After that the second menu disappeared and food became really boring. If you wish to stay there I advise that you book an ocean/sea view apartment on a self-catering or B&B basis.
