  On holiday with my two children.They were giving out free t-shirts by the pool if you left a positive Google revieI have 2 children. They would not give me 2 t-shirts as apparently you have to leave a review per t-shirt. I can only leave 1 review on my account.I can’t be the only one with more than 1 child per adult, never mind if you have the audacity to have 3 kids as a couple.Understandably my other child who didn’t get a t- shirt was upset so I handed the one we got back.A 5 star hotel and they won’t even give a child a t-shirt that won’t even cost a Euro to them. Shame on you. Absolute shame on you.

  Don’t listen to the bad reviews

  Don’t listen to all the negative reviews around this hotel. I travelled with my partner on our last holiday before we have a baby, with me being pregnant I was terrified of getting food poisoning due to all the reviews. However these reviews couldn’t be further from the truth of the hotel. It was incredibly clean throughout the whole complex and the food was great. All inclusive buffets always get a bit samey however there was absolutely no concern of food poisoning or cleanliness issues. The selection was great especially breakfast. Rooms and staff were all great. It’s an incredible hotel for children and would love to return when we have a family.   We are here now, myself and my husband and I can honestly say it’s beautiful. Cleanliness - top notchFood in buffet - so nice and freshRooms - immaculate and really big. The beds are so comfy. Staff - all so friendly and polite. Too many to name 😁. Entertainment - every night we have stayed in top bar and watched the singers - all have been brilliant. The fairy castle is absolutely stunning in the evening and the whole resort is lit up. The infinity pool at the bottom is lovely and has a bar right next to it. - obviously that’s important! 😂. We cannot fault this amazing hotel and we will be back in September!   Another great visit to Fantasia

  This trip was our 3rd visit to Fantasia, and there’s a good chance we might come back again! We’ve done 2 trips with kids, and one just as a couple. For context, we’re from the UK, with 2 girls aged 8 and 13. FacilitiesThe pools are great - plenty of them, the kids ones are heated and lots of attentive lifeguards. There are a number of pool-based activities - aqua aerobics, water polo, a water carpet, foam party. And the kids club go in there too (supervised). There are lots of sun loungers, but to get the best ones, you do kinda need to go down around 7.30am. But there are normally loads free during the day up by the colder pool. The adult-only pool fills up fast. Kids club - run by really lovely, friendly people, with activities on every day - they do a great job. It opens at 10am most days - get there early as it fills up quickly. Most days it’s open 10-1pm & 2-5pm. Shows - how long you’re staying dictates how many shows you can book via the app or at reception - we did this trip as 6n and could book 2 shows. They’re excellent - singing, dancing & acrobatics. They do showings at 7pm and 9pm. Local area - we didn’t really venture out of the hotel, so can’t comment on what’s around. But it’s only 10mins from the airport, which is a huge plus point. The roomsWe’ve always had the family master suites, and they’re spacious. 2 large single beds pushed together in the main bedroom, and a double sofa bed (with extra trundle pull out) in the other half of the room, with sliding doors for privacy. Deep bath, shower & toilet with a hairdryer, and additional toilet. These all have balconies too. We’ve always found the rooms to be clean, well maintained and quiet. There’s a kettle with a small amount of hot drink sachets, mini bar with fizzy drinks, juice boxes and beer that gets topped up daily. Rooms are cleaned pretty well. FoodThe buffet restaurant is good, for an all inclusive - there’s a lot of choice, and it’s only samey if you only eat the same thing every day. I think there are themed nights, but that’s not massively obvious. Watch out for a huge queue to get in, after the 7pm show finishes - they’re not always massively quick at showing people to tables. Bookable restaurants - similar to the shows, you can book a set number based on the length of your stay. The Italian is good, kids can make their own pizza, and give it to the chef, which is fun. The downside is that their food then came out before we’d even ordered our food, which wasn’t well-planned. The steak restaurant is lovely - the starters are really good, the mains not so much, but nothing to complain about. Bars - you can get self-serve drinks all day, with soft drinks, slushies (alcoholic ones at the adult pool), beer, wine & coffee. Overall I’d give it 4 stars - it’s absolutely not a ‘5 star resort’, but if you’re looking for a great family holiday, with lots to keep kids entertained, this is a great choice.   We are here now, family of 8Food is excellent especially the show cooking, all fresh and hot. No issues at all with food. No ques, tables set nicely, spotless, constant cleaning in the dining seen Pools are again excellent for little ones.
