  We recently stayed at Bartollo Santa Cruz Hotel in Tenerife, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and heartfelt hotel experiences we’ve ever had.During our stay, my mother was seriously unwell, which was incredibly stressful for our family. However, the staff at reception, the bar, and the pool went above and beyond in every possible way to support us. Nothing was ever too much trouble—whatever we needed, they accommodated with genuine care and urgency. Their kindness was truly extraordinary, and it made a difficult situation so much more manageable.We would especially like to thank Olivia, Jose, Ibrahim, Rueben, Issabele, Ainoa, Patricia, Mikel, Juan, Caesar, Bruno, Lola and others that all need a mention — each of you truly went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful for your compassion, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time.The hotel itself is brand new, absolutely immaculate, and beautifully designed. Every space feels modern, fresh, and incredibly comfortable—you can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a relaxing and welcoming environment.The location is also fantastic: right next to a stunning park and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it perfect for both relaxation and convenience.We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.   Unexpected night in Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo due to strong winds in la Palma that didn´t allow us to fly. Binter chose the hotel and that was wonderful: totally renovated, incredible bedroom, very nice dinner and breakfast buffet plus the service kindness.   not for family!!

  This is totally not an hotel for family.I made a reservation on booking.com for a family room with double bed and I have got 2 separate rooms in the same floor with only single beds.I wrote my time of arrival on the reservation but I had to wait more than two hours with two children in the lobby before the room was ready.They describe a "minibar" while in the room there is only a small fridge with two bottle of water the first day and nothing more the other days.The price is expensive considering the service and for sure they do not like family in the hotel.

  We stayed here because our flight was delayed overnight due to high winds.I gave a score of 5 for value and location but the airline/holiday company put us up in this hotel.The hotel was excellent and all the staff were professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly.
