Location

Ideal for active holidaymakers, families and nature lovers, this hotel lies in San Miguel de Abona, right on the beach. There is a bus stop right next to the building.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2022. 272 non-smoking rooms, including 15 suites and 232 double rooms, are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Guests interested in excursions can get more information at the tour desk. There are a number of shops as well. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park (subject to availability). Further services include a transfer service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 3 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A welcome gift awaits guests. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. 20 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 5 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, Nordic walking and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and golf. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. The hotel offers indoor sporting activities such as a gym or, for a fee, pilates. A wellness area with a beauty salon is available at the complex. In the complex offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. For breakfast (warm), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for breakfast). Special meals, including lactose-free food, are also available. For guests, alcoholic beverages are included.

    Lovely hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful break. Everything was well maintained and comfortable — would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

    We were actually recommended this hotel and I can see why! There isn’t one negative I have and we would definitely return here or visit another Barcelo resort. We did Royal Level all inclusive, but to be fair all the areas were lovely. For us it was more about breakfast and dinner options. The buffet restaurant is nicer than other hotels though. We had a room above the B Lounge, which was a bit of a walk to the Royal Level bits, which was fine for us, but I can imagine could be far for those with mobility considerations. You do get the option to choose your room prior to your holiday at an extra cost.All in all a great stay! Thank you Barcelo!
