  Last minute holiday, check in fast lovelly reception people, payed deposit,and hired safe which was easy to operate. Allocated apt 161, found apt spotless,with only few minor cosmetic repairs that could be done but nothing to complain about, microwave didnt work but this was replaced with brand new one within 1 hour, our apt was on a grassed terrace . All apt here have their own sun loungers out side which we loved. The pool area is very small but that did not effect our stay being able to sunbathe outside apt was great as we could get drinks and cold showers when needed. The cleaning team do a great job every where around hotel was also spotless. We found all the staff to be helpfull and polite The only sad thing i would write is the smell of weed constantly which IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, saddley that is down to clientel who choose to smoke it,

  Hotel really doesn't deserve the bad reviews

  Right honest review. Just stayed here for 4 nights and before I came i was so worried about the reviews I was going to change hotel. The hotel has a fab location with beach and lots of amenities close by. The hotel is very clean. We stayed in one bed apartment which had everything we needed. All cooking appliances and utensils where all brand now. The beds were so comfy and the shower was fab. The staff at reception are very nice and helpful. This is a 2 star accommodation and this has to be remembered. Value for money and would stay here again defo. Would have marked more but our balcony didn't have loungers. Really nothing more to moan about.

  Great place. Great value, very clean and close to the main strip but far enough away to be quiet.Just a couple of minor niggles, the shower head leaked and the hot water was very hot in the early morning, warm by late morning and tepid by the evening. The pathway to your room leads between your room entrance and your balcony, so people are walking inches away from your only door/window.

  Location great, but reception staff are very angry, not willing to help, swore at us! Completely unhelpful an rude. Other than that great stay👍🏻

  Ive left this hotel so disapointed! on arrival we was asked for a €150 deposit , i asked why? Was advised for possible damages, which is fair enough but when we entered the appartment, there was no working TV, no iron, and the bedding smelt unwashed, so we went down to try to get all these issues resolved to be told, they can not locate an iron, they cant work or fix the TV and some bedding was found - but at a stuggle and having to wait 15 mins. You basically dont get no clean towels, so have to reuse the ones you have. And to make this a nightmare from hell holiday. My partners trainiers was stolen , my beach bag, and toilitries also! We we noticed we went down to reception to be told there is notning they can do showed no interest. We was told to go to the police, baring in mind we was leaving that day and was short for time. But it wasnt rocket sicence, as it was only our selves and the cleaner who had accsess to our appartment. We left there out of pocket and i would NOT recommemd this hotel to anyone the cleaners clearly snoop through your belongings and its not acceptable and ruined our holiday that we worked hard for!
