Location

The hotel is in Tenerife South, in the area of Playa de las Américas. The nearest beach (Las Vistas) is 300 m away. Shopping centres, restaurants, bars, pubs, exciting nightlife and links to the public transport network can all be found in the vicinity. Santa Cruz is some 8 km away. Tenerife South Airport is 15 km away, while Tenerife North Airport is some 90 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2020. The hotel has 411 non-smoking rooms, including 40 junior suites, 12 suites and 300 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include an alarm call service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, archery and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, volleyball, crazy golf, golf, paddle tennis, paragliding, fishing and horse riding. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, yoga and pilates or, for a fee, billiards and squash. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments, a solarium, acupressure, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For an extra fee, international brands are available.

    Loved our stay here. Great location, staff all very friendly and polite.The rooms and public areas were all tidy.The pool is great.

    We walked in and it instantly felt cool and luxurious, with beautiful marble as you enter. Going down one level, you reach the pool area and games section – there’s a pool table, table tennis, a kids’ pool, football games, arcades, and loads of entertainment. From 10:30/11 in the morning right through to late at night, there’s always something going on, which is brilliant.The entertainment was fantastic – we had both Spanish and English singers, karaoke, and the flamenco dancing was superb. There were games running all day for kids of all ages, which made it easy for them to meet others and even learn a bit of different languages.Breakfast was a highlight for me. It’s served from 7 to 10, and there’s so much choice – full English breakfast, croissants, different cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, breads, and more. I liked that you could mix it up each day – one morning I had a fry-up, another a bacon roll, and then I got into the yoghurt, fruit, and lighter options. Everything tasted fresh and there was something for everyone, especially kids.The gym is free to use, and the spa only costs a couple of euros, which is great. There’s even a little market in the hotel, which is handy.The staff were amazing – always happy to help and speaking multiple languages, which made everything easier. The entertainment team kept things fun with a good mix of music, not just Spanish songs.There were plenty of towels and sunbeds for everyone, so no stress there. I went with my daughter and sister, and having separate rooms worked perfectly (especially as I snore and smoke!), so we all had our own space.I even went in the pool when it felt a bit chilly at first, but after 10 minutes you warm up with the sun and being around everyone, so it wasn’t a problem. The atmosphere really helps you relax and even builds your confidence to dance and join in.Another great touch – even if you check out early, they provide a free luggage storage area.The rooms were beautiful, with brand new mattresses and a really fresh, modern feel. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the cleaners were very friendly.I also really appreciated how accessible the hotel is for disabled guests – there’s a proper luxury lift, which makes a huge difference compared to struggling with stairs.Honestly, what’s not to love?Would I go again? Most definitely.Staff and entertainment: 10/10.Friendly, welcoming, and they really made the stay special.Can’t wait to go back! ✨

    I did like it, it was a nice hotel and everything was good, the only thing that I was missing was the small river inside the hotel, there was no water in it. But except that, it was a great experience.

    What can I say. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were all really friendly. The rooms are very dated not that clean. Food was disgusting, either very dry or swimming in grease. The chairs in the restaurant looked disgusting & all the leather has worn away. I can say that the restaurant staff got you seated very quickly ( but I only went in twice during our week stay). Some off us paid extra one day to use the roof terrace but definitely not worth it as looked like it had never been cleaned and they had a Porto loo stuck on the roof which wasn’t very nice to use ( needless to say we didn’t use it. Pool very cold. But on a positive note there were plenty of sunbeds. Can’t believe this hotel is rated as a 4* hotel. We have stopped in far nicer 3* hotels. Atmosphere was nonexistent even in the bars out & about. I am not a fussy person or have high standards but this hotel just wasn’t worth the money we paid

    Disgusting dirty very poor standard Very dirty very poor standard Cracks in walls broken tiles dirty just pure filthSo dirty I left within 30 minutes called Jet2 round and round in circles explained it was to poor and dirty to even stay a night told by Jet2 find somewhere to stay tonight and they will contact me tomorrow so left €265 per night out of pocket for a clean accommodation to sleep Jet2 really don't care about the condition they expect you to stay in .
