  Starting with positives, room was ok, beds very good, staff very good and friendly. Cleanliness also very good.Negatives food is very poor and the entertainment was embarrassing. Also the "nightclub" on the roof was way too loud and went on until 2am! Totally unnecessary. Tv had no UK channels so was useless.Would put this hotel as 3 star on a good day but nowhere close to 4 star as advertised.

  ProsThe hotel was very clean throughout and the reception area always smelt lovely, which made a great first impression. The pool area was spotless and well-maintained, making it a really enjoyable place to relax. The drinks were a highlight—especially the alcoholic ones, which were nice and strong!There was light entertainment available without any pressure to get involved, which we really appreciated. It was also a bonus being able to use the facilities at two other hotels, one of which had an indoor pool. The entertainment staff clearly work very hard, and a special shoutout to Joey who we absolutely loved.The roof top bar had stunning views ConsUnfortunately, we weren’t informed about access to the other hotels and their facilities on arrival, so we only discovered the indoor pool just two days before we left.The welcome from reception staff wasn’t particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing.The roof top bar charges you to get in Also, during the last two days of our stay, the hotel restaurant was closed. We had to eat at one of the other hotels, which was very busy due to both their own guests and those from our hotel, making it a less enjoyable experience.

  Get some night security staff. I would have felt safer

  So this is my review of the hotel. It's modern tidy. The food is acceptable. Rooms were cleaned well everyday withbfrsh towels if needed. The pool is lovely even though the Sun beds are uncomfortable there are plenty of them. The location could be tricky if you are unable to walk long distances as it it situated at the top of the main town approx a 20 minute walk i believe there is a shuttle bus but I did not see it.The bad points.The pool bar seems to be aimed at people who are all inclusive. You have to pay for your own plastic cup which is a Euro, in cash only. No cards are accepted at the pool bar whatsoever.My second comment regarding alcohol at the bar is there seem to be a large amount of guests at this hotel who cannot handle their drinks. Why do the staff keep serving people who clearly are already extremely intoxicated?The hotel at night is like a war zone. People arguing. noise all night, people having domestics, you can hear echoing all down the corridors and through the floors. One night after 3 hours of listening to 2 men in the room next door to me sounding like they were going to murder each other. I decided to try and phone reception ... The number for reception is nowhere to be found. By 3 am i had decided to get up and go to reception, to let them know. I just do not understand how no hotel staff had not noticed. There is 1 guy on reception overnight he rang their room and It did then stop as when they had relaised there had been a noise complaint. I could hear couples arguing constantly for hours at a time 5 nights out of 7. There seems to be no security staff around or any no Noise policy, ie quiet after a certain time whatsoever, the noise from guests goes on until very late / early morning. The noise from the roof top bar combined with the downstairs bar does not make for any kind of relaxing vibe. It's relentless granted the music does usually stop about midnight / 1 am But the noise from people does not.One night i thought, if you cant beat them then join them, and decided to go to the rooftop bar only to be told that it was a private function but i could go in for 12 euros. The rooftop bar is advertised as part of the hotel but this obviously was not the case.I also honestly do not understand why they have rooms directly next to the restaurant , which is always extremely busy and noisy with people queued up in the long echoy corridors to enter the restaurant with rooms right next to it , you can hear everything ... so much for having a lay in.   Worst experience at this hotel

  I had the worst experience at this hotel; there was no air conditioning, even though the description and online reviews claim there is – this is FALSE. The food was repetitive; breakfast was the same every day for eight consecutive days, lunch was poor, and dinner left a lot to be desired, we suffered food poisoning from their fish; at the restaurant, the outdoor dining area was getting wet from the rain – you risked slipping – and the chairs and tables were wet, the rooms were quite cramped; the doors were old and damaged; the reception staff weren’t always helpful or friendly; in short, I’ll not be back!Hotel Rooms;Small, damaged doors, locks that wouldn’t close, and balcony doors that wouldn’t open.Nearby activities outside of the hotel;It varies, but not so much for children as for adults looking to party.Safety;ReasonableWalkability;ReasonableWhere to buy nearby ;Prices are a bit high in the area as it’s a tourist spot, but there’s a shopping centre nearby called “La Cúpula” which has a supermarket, a laundrette and other shops, and you can get prices similar as a local.Noteworthy details;The price of the hotel is far too high for what this hotel actually offers; there are plenty of other hotels that much better with more variety and more to offer. This hotel doesn’t deserve the 4-star rating it claims to have – it’s a complete rip-off!!!   Do not book this for a family holiday

  Arrived on the 7/4/26 at 11:15 at night, there is a total of 9 of us, 6 adults a 2 12 and 14 year old, we asked could we get a drink from somewhere as we’ve been travelling all day, told us the all inclusive stopped at 11pm but we could pay for drinks until 12pm, so we went to the bar, we then got told no it was closed early, I couldn’t even get some milk for my 2 year old son, it’s been a nightmare since the start, the weather ain’t been great and it’s no fault of the hotel, but there is no activities for kids, when it states they have activities for kids all day, the pool bar hasn’t been open once and there’s is at least 40 people around the pool, we have to take a flight of stairs down to the basement where the indoor bar is just to get a drink, the food is cold as soon as u get it, there is only one cocktail choice per day, you cannot have any other, no balls or inflatables are allowed in the pool, the entertainment at night is poor, they had a karaoke night, 3 people sang and they finished it, some staff are nice but most of them are very rude and are not interested what you say, please avoid this hotel, it is far from a 4* the only thing I can say positive about it is the rooms are clean, Hotel Manager, Owner at BLUESEA Interpalace, responded to this review Dear Lyndsey,We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.We are pleased to know that the cleanliness of our rooms met your expectations.
