Location

Located in the quiet town of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel is 1 km from the saltwater pools of Lake Martianez. The beach is a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there are bars and restaurants within 100 metres and the shops and links to the public transport network are around 300 metres away. The botanical gardens are just 300 metres from the hotel, while Loro Park, Playa Jardin and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz are all just 10 minutes away by car. The Mount Teide volcano is roughly a 45-minute drive from the hotel, while Tenerife Norte (los Rodeos) and Tenerife Sur-Reina Sofia airports are approximately 25 km and 100 km away, respectively.

Facility

The resort has 390 rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.
