  Perfectly located middle in the older part of Santa Cruz and shopping area, everything just a few minutes away. As the elevator was not working got a discount., already informed us in advance. Interior a bit basic and outdated.

  I found the hotel to be clean, bedding good, staff very friendly, although just a small room but excellent appearance. Although I was very near the lift I was not disturbed by any noise. I definitely would stay here next time I,m in Santa Cruz, extremely excellent value for money.

  + nice view, good location, not too touristygood Shiatsuguided hike with Norberto to be recommended- - homepage raises expactations which then can uphold- yoga escape program: overprized, cheaper if you book lessons individually- terrible to average yoga sessions, some instructors don´t speak English or German at all-Spa only offers treatments until 4pm which makes outside activity impossible- only one guided hike per week (don´t be misled by their homepage)- there is no community table for solo travels, even if the announce on their homepage- feedback is met with phrases like "We have a lot of satisfied customers. Probably we are just not the right fit for you"- guests are mostly 50-60+, mostly German- mini bar fridge does not cool drinks at all and wasn´t replaced - Thalasso Balance diet: overpriced, boring; you will get some fish and vegetables every day, sometimes even the same vegetables two days in a row; the same dessert every day; some kind of salad for lunch every day. not much variation, not very creative. I started eating eleswhere because I got so bored of the food....and low carb can be yummy and fun.- staff not very forthcoming- not really a "healing hotel" if you don´t do the Mayr fasting

  Booked oceano..but closed...

  Booked Hotel Oceano..when we arrived the Hotel was closed down with a barely readable note saying to go to Hotel Atlantico next door..surprised and a bit ''mad''Unable to get infos from Oceano...We booked Oceano for what it had to offer...not Atlantico...Thus I am unable to recommend Oceano...

  Good value, good service, clean, nice staff, breakfast little boring after a few days, but the lady serving it was very nice. I think we will come back to this hotel again. we had so much fun. The service is excellent and the food perfect.
