This charming apartment complex lies in the attractive quarter of La Paz, not far from the Botanic Gardens, the saltwater swimming bath- Lago Martiánez, and the town centre. The nearest attractive beach is 800 m away and countless shops as well as restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Puerto de la Cruz is just 700 metres away. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the complex.

Facility

287 rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts and bowling or, for a fee, a gym, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics.     Nice place but poorly managed

    First off, this is a lovely resort. It's clean and well-maintained.Which is kind-of the problem, really.We went this April and they closed the pool for maintenance on day 3 of our trip with no warning. The pool and seating areas outside were then completely closed for the rest of our trip. Management nowhere to be found, did not respond to requests to discuss it and the reception staff said the managers "had gone home."Eventually (no communication from the hotel) we found out they had arranged alternative pool and seating at the hotel next door. Which was also carrying out noisy hammering construction work.So it's a nice place but was effectively closed while we were there, with no suitable provision made. TUI did compensate us £100 so we could use the publicly-available pool (a 20 minute walk away) but it was far from ideal. Very poor communication and felt let down by the hotel.

    I initially gave a bad review of this place but after we were moved rooms I couldn’t fault the staff for all their help!!

    Fairly nice apartment in north of Island of Tenerife

    We had a car for the week which was great as its very hilly in North and they had a private carpark for which you paid a daily fee. Apartment was accessible by lifts important for those loke us, getting on in life! No air-conditioning and it had been rather chilly but they provided a heater on request. Nice pool and catering facilities with evening entertainment in restaurant area .

    Great location, can not pick any fault from this hotel, the staff were lovely and welcoming, lots of nice walks to go on around, I would very very highly recommend this place, very quiet area with lots to do

    Location great. Tip: Down the stairs up the hill....or taxis if your are rich.Staff cant help enough, just ask.Prices are so reasonable at the hotel bar. Cheaper than town, but the town is amazing. This place is a base for what you want from your holiday, and fits anything. Hotel stay peeps, Town peeps, cook in peeps, spenders, savers...... it is a good base for what you want to do. Pool, sound.Facilities great. Cant fault this place. Do Canary Islands every winter. This place is top notch.
