  My wife and I stayed at Clansani and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our apartment was amazingly well furnished, including a washing machine, with a terrace that overlooked the golf course. The breakfast choices included a full English breakfast, which we both enjoyed while sitting by the pool.. The staff was super helpful in suggesting and arranging tours of the island. We highly recommend Clansani Tenerife and hope to return..

  ClansaniLet’s push the boat out, we thought, so we booked a luxury apartment through booking.com. It’s on a golf course, it’s likely to be up to standard. Wrong! Squished mosquitoes on the walls with a streak of someone’s blood leading to them, ripped holes in curtains, a shower whose thermostat did not work so running hot and cold at random. A dirty (lime scaled) kitchen sink without hot water. Scuff marks on the ceilings (how could that happen one ponders). Curtains hanging off, tarnished bathroom mirror, shower panel (from the 1980s I imagine) broken. Four kitchen knives, all different. Chipped plaster, lots of scuffs on the walls, vents on air conditioning, bathroom extractor and cooker hood bunged up with dust. Also more problems but I think you get the picture. Oh and beware, if you want to use the Internet after 6pm you have to sit by the pool in the dark,because reception closes at 5pm and the bar closes at 6pm. No restaurant for evening meal as advertised. The place drives you to drink but you can’t get one! We had booked for 14 nights and left after two nights. They charged us for three because we left after checkout time, despite booking.com trying to contact them the evening before, but of course reception was closed. I haven’t even mentioned the flies yet. Also beware it’s 2km from the runway, we knew that and not a problem for us, but it might be for you. They showed us another room, nearly as bad but still not luxury. We declined. They offered us free breakfasts for our stay, we tried it once!Pity the people who stayed in the standard apartments, the one person we spoke to was also leaving to find somewhere else. We’ll never go back and I suggest you give it a wide berth.

  Stayed here on the way back from Porto del a Cruz , and we were very impressed , the apartment was spacious and the views were amazing !! We paid for breakfast 4.50 euros each. A full English with tea orange and toast !! The owner was very friendly and obliging !! Will stay again for sure .

  I was apprehensive about Laguna holiday villas, part of Clansani, as we had not stayed there before. On arrival Chris on reception allocated H4 at Ocean Ridge and although it’s a long way from reception it was very nice and had a small pool in the complex. The cleaner came a couple of times and did a good job and, although doesn’t speak English, we communicated easily. We drove to reception one afternoon and were surprised and pleased by the quality of food and service. The young lady serving was extremely friendly and professional and it was obvious that the chef was experienced by the presentation and taste of the food. As we visit many resorts during the year I can only say that it exceeded our expectations and would be happy to return.

  Good value for money and clean hotel - lovely service

  This is our second year we went to this hotel and we will definitely recommend Clansani!We had a great service and it was a good value for money!Breakfast is much cheaper to get it in hotel.we had English breakfast and it was included coffee and fresh juice.Also Hungarian lady who works in coffee area is lovely as with receptionist lady.We are looking forward to come back to the hotel again!
