  First time staying at this hotel, but not our first rodeo to tenerife. The hotel was good, quiet in the evenings so able to sleep. We stayed B&B so was able to have a decent meal before heading out for the day. The pool was a hit with my son with activities during the day. Staff were very friendly, engaging with my son, putting a smile on his face. We used the restaurant a couple of times, food was tasty, fresh and came out fast. Supermarket literally across the road, short 5 minute walk. Only down point was there was no evening entertainment.

  We have just got back and would return apartments spacious cleaned everyday and the young lady who was the entertainer was amazing with the children

  Cockroaches !

  The hotel room at coral beach golf resort las Americas and issues with cockroaches throughout our stay . We went to bed on the first night to find cockroaches falling from the bed cover when pulled back and then in the living room, from behind the tv and kitchen area and bathroom each evening and morning . I reported this to our jet 2 rep and reception staff on the first day of our holiday and each day of our holiday as the issue remained unresolved . We were given spray to treat the cockroaches ourselves which we feel was not good enough as it was clear there was a investation . We where told several times that our room would be treated however staff stated they could not locate them on going to the room despite me informing them that they where appearing at night and early morning and where just provided with my spray to treat ourselves . There were gaps in the front door and balcony door. I raised my concerns about not been able to relax, sleep and concerns about having a young child aswell as me being pregnant and posed health risks. Our jet 2 rep asked us to ask the hotel about a room change however staff informed us that the hotel Was full throughout our stay when asked . We were asked to show hotel staff photos and videos which we did on 28th Feb and we felt dismissed by staff starting they would just inform house keeping again. This had a significant impact on our holiday experience not only myself being pregnant and worrying about health risks but having a young child not being able to eat in in our self catering apartment and relax / sleep on holiday. I also have concerns about the excessive use of chemicalspray which was used during my pregnancy the only available solution which was offered to us throughout the duration of Our holiday.the writing on the spray was written in Spanish I asked about the spray and safety during pregnancy I was reassured it was safe however when I have enquired about this further this information is incorrect and the chemicals are not to be used around pregnant women. Room was dated and smelt of damp .   Lovely hotel

  We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are massive with plenty of room and storage. Yes, it’s outdated but not a problem. There are ceiling fans and the beds are comfortable.The hotel is very clean and the staff are hit and miss with friendliness (what I’d expect in any hotel abroad).There are plenty of sun beds so no war every morning. The hotel is quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the action and beach. There’s a supermarket across the road with everything you need.One thing I would have liked is a microwave in the room.All in all, a really nice hotel and worth the money.   Robbing you blind!

  The rooms are ok but no hairdryer unless you pay 16 euros to rent one! I asked for some ice at the hotel bar and refused unless I paid for it. That’s shocking I’ve been to hotels all over the world and never experienced such rubbish service. The hotel is trying to squeeze every last euro out of you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to people it’s the small things that make the difference.
