  So glad we changed to this hotel

  We changed hotels at the last minute due to our original hotel in Fanabe having dirty water issues. Will be honest, it wasn’t in the location we liked and wasn’t sure what to expect as we only ever walk along the front to Los Cristianos. From the moment we walked into reception we knew we had made the right choice and would be happy here. The staff were so welcoming, our 1 bed apartment in block A was huge, great self catering facilities, bed comfy and apartment very clean. Maids came in daily and were so friendly. In fact all the staff were. Ate in the pool bar numerous times, food very nice and reasonable prices. Didn’t go in the pool as too cold but it did look like tiles missing. No big deal. The lifeguard was fab, he let kids be kids and allowed them to have fun with the inflatables and didn’t kick families out of the pool bang on 6. We couldn’t get a late check out but they have 2 lovely shower rooms and secure luggage storage. The location itself is up “cardiac hill” we didn’t find it too bad. Little supermarket just down the road and a lovely little tapas bar and takeaway next door. Took around 15-20 mins walk to the beach, walked to Costa Adeje which took just under an hour. Considering this was a last minute change of hotel, we couldn’t fault the place, would 100% stay here again and have recommended to other friends.   A lovely place to stay! Would 100% recommend

  We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. I booked it for a bargain price on Jet2 and its surpassed our expectations. Lovely big clean rooms with everything you need ( the cleaner came everyday). Great pool and splash pool facilities for our toddler. Friendly staff. Great location (yes it is up a big hill but most places are in the area). A sunbed was always free when we wanted one. My partner used the gym and said it was a nice little set up.Would 100% recommend to anyone.   Booked last minute. Had been looking for an apartment for a week or two and nothing coming up until Los Alisios appeared as available. Knew exactly where it is located but had never stayed before. Wasn't disappointed. Very clean, well run site although first impression was a bit sketchy as a client who had left her luggage in the luggage room was having a ding dong with reception about stuff being stolen from her case. My apartment wasn't actually ready when I checked in (I was early) so I was told I could leave my stuff in the luggage room. That'll be shining bright! No way.Anyway, I was allocated to block C. Only got sun until about 11.30am but no big deal as I was out all day. Poolside was a bit busy and some areas were shaded but I found a cosy corner to sunbathe.Apartment itself was spacious and very clean. Usual equipment. Shower was walk in and also very clean. Towels changed every day and bedding changed twice in my 9 day stay. Cleaner was excellent. I couldn't even leave a cup or plate on the drying bit of the sink or it would be put away by the cleaner. LOL!Had a minor issue with my wristband scanner not very good at unlocking my door. Took multiple attempts to get it to work. Eventually went to reception and they gave me a card reader which was much better.Didn't use the bar nor dining room as I eat out all the time and have a go to bar at night. Think a breakfast was 12 euros from memory.Would return to Los Alisios no problem. Location suits me and staff were all excellent.
