  Had an amazing time here !loved the apartment and the views were amazing . It's abit out from everywhere so we would of loved a car to get around . Only 1 restaurant nearby but the food was really good there . If coming late at night get food from shop . We got bus from airport . I think it was called titsa but ya need to get off early for santa ursula . Don't go to santa cruz. We told them we be late arriving so keys were at the desk with a night porter. The hotel is however locked up I presume for safety reasons so had to wait for another guest to let us in !!!our room was amazing 😍so near the pool and a gift left for us !! We had 1 free pass for indoor spa . Really wish we done it the first day because we would of happily paid every day to go to pool in the spa 😍. We had it all to ourselves and the pool was hot . Outdoor pool is chilly . I did use it but it is chilly. Hotel is really clean . Just wish it did do food . Only did breakfast at weekends.Shop next door is so cheap . So not bad overall

  We spent a week in november at the hotel. The little house was ok but somewhat ”tired” and old. It is a very calm and quiet place nicely situated with lovely view. During our stay the hotel was un-manned wich was ok, but it also meant lack of information. I would not chose this hotel if I had kids or if I had problems walking. There is only one little suoernaket and one restaurant close by, even if there is only approx 2 kilometres to a a lager shop and restaurant I cannot see it suitable for kids or elderly, the climb up to shop and restaurant is extreemely steep. The pool was ok, not heated snd very cold.

  Its okey, the location is bad, sketchy area around, poor service at the hotel, nothing is included, very little information. But with that said, its a quiet and relaxing area, with nice rooms, little old. ill not come here again, its a no from me

  I read some bad reviews here before booking, so I didn’t expect much. But it met all my expectations and even more! Great, great views, a big and clean room, great kitchen. I read about the free buses but I didn’t hear anything about them here. but it cost only 3.3 euros for two persons to Puerto de la Cruz, and the same amount back again. The buses was scheduled around 1 time every hour and the last bus was around 10-11 PM. It was just 20 minutes to drive. I did not order breakfast but maybe I should have, very nice restaurant here. It was few people and very quiet. Perfect temperature and a lot of sun even in December!! Over 20 C every day. 12 euros for spa and 6 for gym, but that’s okey. Great pool. A store just outside with all the essentials. We got fresh towels everyday and all the essentials were in the room, even shampoo! Very clean hotel. Bus was 1.5 hour from the airport because of traffic. I am very satisfied because it was a very cheap trip and such good standards. I don’t see where all the bad reviews are coming from. Very good value for the price.

  Beautiful hotel and settings, a little out of the way.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Spa la quinta. It is a beautiful building with lovely views across the sea, looking down to Puerto De La Cruz. There is mini golf, tabletennis and pool tables (although we didnt use any of these). We stayed in the main building: junior suite with panoramic views. The suite was lovely. Very clean, great views and a little balcony to sit on. We only had breakfast included in our stay. I have listed below a few points we learned on our stay you might find useful if you are looking to stay here. -I would definitely not try to cook a meal in the kitchen but it is fine for simple cold meals. For dinner we hoped to venture into the most local town, Santa Ursula but there is very little there. We did dine at the restaurant next door a few times (Taller de Don Diego Alvarez) which was delicious each time. Instead, as we discovered on our last day, we would recommend going in to Peurto de la Cruz.-A free shuttle bus is provided hourly from the hotel and back again.-The best time to visit appears to be night time when the town comes to life but sunny days are just as good.-Due to its isolation we would probably hire a car if we came again but if you just want sun and full catering in one without venturing any further then I dont think you would be disappointed.-The spa is lovely: peaceful and relaxing (no sauna or steam room though) and is €8per 2 hours if you are staying at the hotel. -The gym is basic and €4 for all day.-There is a bar which serves lunch at midday and has entertainment in the evening-The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always friendly-When booking, remember this is a private hotel and many shuttles will not drop off directly so check before! If not, a taxi from Puerto de la cruz is about €10.
