I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The location was very convenient, with several nearby restaurants just a short drive away. The room was exceptionally clean and had updated plugs, which made it easy to charge all of my devices.Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Mrs. Tonya provided excellent service and made the process quick and easy while ensuring I felt taken care of right away.Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Sorry to hear that some of you had such a bad stay but your stories are making me feel so important because my time at Hampton Inn Downtown Huntsville in Alabama was amazing. The staff and cleaning crew made me feel so special! Ms. Jones and the cleaning staff showed up on the spot as if they were reading my thoughts! I never called they just showed up! The comforts of the bed and pillows were amazing! I carry a “blue light” when I travel and I had no complaints about anything except the complimentary breakfast wasn’t all day!! Great stay!! Will be back!!

I stayed over night for my one day Assembly in Downtown Huntsville Al. A very nice clean hotel, I really like the large room with a king size bed. And the wall toiletries were very good. The breakfast was very tasty, omelette tacos, roasted potatoes, sausage, I had red velvet waffles, or vanilla flavor, they had everything, no grits that day, but they do serve grits, fruit all everything breakfast. And it wasn't salty at all, I gave the breakfast attendant a tip. And her it was very good. And I always leave a tip for the housekeeper. I would love to stay there again.

Toxic Sewer gas Made Me Sick

Still smells like a sewer gas! We stayed one night in Oct 2025 & attributed the smell to the hot weather. This time we stayed 2 nights & I got headaches & eye/throat irritation from the sewer odors. The first room we had selected had a big barking dog next door. They moved us to another floor & charged us MORE than the rate that was on my confirmation!!! Going to try the downtown one next trip.

Room 220 was terrible!

Room 220 is terrible! It smells like sewage, and they gave us some freebreeze and it did absolutely nothing. The toilet doesn't flush and it makes noises all night and bubbles. The beds looked like someone had slept in them when we first walked in.The shower did not drain and the window was broken . Room service also skipped our room.
