Location

The hotel is located right next to three of the town's icons: the Parque Marítimo César Manrique, the Auditorio Adán Martín and the Trade Fair building. The establishment is also not far from beach (Playa de las Teresitas).

    5th time we've stayed here, but not since December 2016.Not much has changed, still excellent Reception Staff, all very helpful. The room was still very comfortable, with generous toiletries, a large free Safe & a Kettle.In the past the Brekkie was included, this time it was an extra €18.00 per person per day, so we passed on that.Car Park is now €15.00 per night.We stayed this time for the convenience of the buses to the Hospital, only 20 minutes, with regular various buses.Plenty of Bars & Restaurants around, except Sundays, not so many are open.We certainly consider staying here if visiting the city again.

    Wife was injured while staying in Costa Adeje, needed a hotel close to the Hospital Candalaria so I chose this one, I wasnt disappointed. Hotel is lovely, staff were great, location enabled me to travel to the hospital quickly but also to see Santa Cruz easily due to its central location.Would recommend.

    An unclean room with burn marks on the wooden tops. A hard uncomfortable mattress on a bed that moved and poor quality pillows. A lacklustre shower that varied in temperature. No milk for coffee. Towels forgotten. Cardboard bathroom cups that disintegrated. 1 small bottle of water each for a 3-day stay.An avoidable hotel!     Nice hotel, in the shopping area of Santa Cruz. If you are looking for good views ask not to be in the Silken Club rooms....they are an underground walk to a different building and the view id of a shopping centre. The Sook restaurant is nice and services nice tapas. There is a big shopping centre just across the road.     Really disappointed. Save your money and don’t book the club or suite

    I was really excited staying in the hotel but unfortunately it was a disappointment. The “club lounge” was an absolute joke with old apples and plastic packets of mini muffins. The “junior suite” was probably the worst room in the whole building with loud cafe right under the window. And what’s with the weird walkway past all the offices to the other building? Spa was old and tacky and definitely not inviting.
