Location

This apartment hotel is situated in a lively area, about 300 m from the sandy beach, right in Costa Adeje. From here it is very easy for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers and families to embark on an exploratory tour and get to know the area better. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few metres away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 100 apartments, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The hotel offers leisure activities for all tastes, including a gym. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, crazy golf, diving and billiards. In addition, crazy golf and diving are offered by third-party operators. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Guests are treated to culinary delights at the buffet restaurant. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. In addition, picnics and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The apartment hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Do not get conned by Sid the salesman and Melody who drags you in . They promise you a prize which you will never get.

    They have a woman outside who will con you to go in claiming you have won a prize which you will not receive. It is all a con to get you to buy a timeshare which they encourage you to get a bank loan to pay for it. How the hotel allows this to go on is quite beyond me.     This hotel was fantastic. Compared to hotels I’ve stayed in which achieve four and five stars, this compares very well. The rooms were basic but clean. The breakfast was very yummy and tasty, near to the beach and right in the action of Cost Adeje. This was booked as a spontaneous hotel as our villa cancelled and was a very good coincidence. Overall, a great hotel and fab for people going away with friends.     We have just returned from a family holiday in Costa Adeje. The Beach mate is in the most perfect location. Would definitely recommend. Nice welcome drinks on arrival and helpful staff. Good brekkie selection too!     Cane in March, I am disabled and staff were very accommodating and helped sort issues out. Rooms were spotless, and very well equipped. Breakfast was adequate bar could be open longer.     Pleasant hotel with nice communal areas and relatively newly renovated rooms. That said, the rooms are nothing special so don’t go thinking they are. They are clean, basic and comfortable with no bell/whistles. Personally I think if you are paying £300 a night then there is better value elsewhere, but it was ok and did the trick What did stand out however and that was the staff, who were excellent. The king pin however was Fernando. He served the lobby bar brilliantly, always with a smile, a bit of pleasant cheek, and to top it off he has the moves of John Travolta!
