Location

    Friendly restaurant and bar staff.Snack station food was poor ice cream fridge was broken so they soon defrosted. There wasnt much food for smaller children in restaurant. Breakfast had a good choice.Dont keave any valuables on side , went to breakfast by the time i came back to the room my jewellrey had been taken. The only person had been in and that was thw cleaner.

    ENGLISH REVIEWAfter spending 7 days at GF Isabel, I can honestly say this hotel does NOT deserve its 4 stars.The “all inclusive” package is misleading and almost a waste of money. You only get a few basic cocktails included, while most drinks cost extra. For a family hotel charging these prices, this is unacceptable.The rooms are very old, outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture looks tired, the bathrooms need renovation, and the overall feeling is far from what you expect from a proper 4-star resort.The worst part: we found cockroaches in the room. Seeing insects inside your accommodation completely ruins the holiday experience and makes you question the cleanliness of the hotel.There is also no minibar in the room, which is surprising for a hotel advertised at this level.Another ridiculous rule: the swimming pool only opens at 10 AM. Families with children are already awake much earlier, so people just wait around every morning.At check-in, important information is not properly explained. You have to discover many rules and limitations by yourself during the stay.This hotel focuses more on appearances than on quality and customer experience. The location is good, but everything else feels old, limited and disappointing.I would NOT return and I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a real 4-star all inclusive experience.

    We were very disappointed with this hotel. The accommodation and service are definitely not 4-star standard — at most, I would rate it 3 stars.Even though we paid a considerable amount for the all-inclusive package, only 4 out of 25 cocktails were actually included. All the others had to be paid for separately. The same applied to drinks — only soft drinks from the dispenser were included, while bottled drinks cost extra.The rooms were very old, dark, and poorly maintained. The only way to get proper light into the room was to open the curtains and rely on the sunlight outside. We also found two cockroaches in our room, which was completely unacceptable.The pool only opened at 10 AM, and at the beach bar only a very limited selection of drinks was included. Even the ice cream had to be paid for separately.At the end of our stay, after check-out, our transfer bus was arriving later in the evening, so we tried to have lunch before leaving. Initially, we were told that lunch was no longer included and that we had to pay extra for it. Thankfully, the issue was resolved after speaking with reception.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Paying for 4-star services and receiving barely 3-star quality is extremely disappointing. The value for money was very poor.

    We came here for a week in May for my babys first holiday, the hotel was very good for children lots of high chairs in the restaurant and all the staff made a big fuss over him. We had a bungalow with lots of space and a good garden area outside. Now for negatives, the room seemed to be quiet dirty whenever we walked bare foot or in white socks they were filthy. I accidently spilt some nail varnish remover and you could see which tile it went on, the hotel homes lots of cats which did their business in our garden and it never got cleaned up. We had 2 cat poos in the garden so we moved our table away from it and the staff kept moving the table back and not cleaning the mess. Not ideal when we have a 8 month old who has just learned to crawl. The food in the hotel was poor, we only ate breakfast here on the night we ate tea the food was cold. They only ever have 1 bar staff on so getting a drink is a nightmare then when you do get one its heavly watered down also you can only get 2 drinks at a time so as a group of 4 2 people had to go to the bar. There is a little play area in reception which we liked to but our baby on although the matts were filthy!! Not great for a baby who puts everything in his mouth.     Warm welcome from reception, taken to room with luggage on a golf cart! Rooms spotless. Staff very helpful.Free clean towels everyday for the pool.Breakfast - loads to choose from. Beach, bars and restaurants very close by.Market opposite.Entertainment is good.Value for money Lots for the kids to do.Overall lovely hotel
