Location

This aparthotel is situated approximately 500 m from the sea and 7 km from the nearest tourist beach. Various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are located in the vicinity (100 m to 300 m away). The town centre is just about 1 km from the hotel and public transport links are located a few paces away (20 m). In addition, the airport lies around 8 km away, so there is a small amount of aircraft noise.

Facility

6 suites and 174 apartments are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Sport

A number of sports are available, including water sports such as canoeing, kayaking, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym, billiards and squash. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We went for 10 days as a,family, with us in one room and two teenagers and our 20 year old in the room next door.A large grand entrance , with a fountain and marble floors, then rooms which lead off to the left and right, with huge plants 🪴 and sunny airy landings leading to each floor.The hotel is so clean, staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant, particularly the food selection snd quality was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, and we looked forward to it each day. Poolside area was spacious, ample sun loungers and parasols. Pool activities on each day if uou wanted to take part, or you can go in the other pool which was cooler and quieter. An infant pool there aswell.A poolside bar where you can buy coffee, drinks, ice creams etc....if you're not on all inclusive, like us .Gym included in the price, Spa treatments available as extra .Entertainment each night in the main bar area ,but not too much, nice to sit and play a game of cards etc with kids in the evening. We hired a car from the airport which is 15 minutes drive away,but there are bus stops right out the front , with regular nice modern buses running to Los Christianos, las Gillates etc We will definitely be going back, had a lovely holiday.We loved it there 🌊⛱️🌞

    We have just returned from a short 5 days break staying Monday to Friday. We did not arrive till late around 10pm on the Monday night so we pretty much missed our first whole day despite this when we checked out at 12 noon on the Friday we were very disappointed to have our all inclusive bands cut off as they had ran out! Considering we did not use anything on the first day. We were leaving for the airport until after 6pm on the evening. This is also not advertised! The hotel over all was clean but very dated. Food was basic all inclusive (we ate out a few nights at local restaurants so this didn't bother us) The hotel lets you hire bali beds 20 euros per day just for the bed. This makes your day a little bit more relaxing. We felt the entertainment was poor during the day for adults. Water polo etc was all children playing so we didnt bother taken part. The adults and children entertainment should be separate. We also found the staff were very over worked as they were under staffed maybe this was because its not peak season. What we did struggle with there was no atmosphere around the pool - no back ground music etc this would make a massive difference. The location for us was ideal as it was less than 10 mins in a taxi from the airport costing less than 20 euros. Short taxi ride to some lovely shops and bars (5 euros) you can also get the bus into Los Christianos for cheap too. Would I return? If it was a cheap few days break as adults but wouldn't bring my family as they would be board. Along with this there was a very serious accident that myself and a lot of other guest had to witness and not once did any of the staff ask if anyone was ok. This was really disappointing all they were interested in was seeing what had happened. Cheap and cheerful - nothing more.

    Location is good but that’s about it!! Only 1 outdoor bar throughout day with 1 member of staff so was always a que! Was same in the evening!Food was same every night and not that great. In our room we had wood turmites, and they only clean every 2 days . They need more staff and place needs renovating.Couldn’t fault the staff

    Our holiday was amazing and was even better with the entertainment girl - melany. The daily activities are so fun and she gets everyone involved. Lovely girl who made an effort to chat to everyone.
