  Great if you have babies or toddlers

  Only go if you have babies, toddlers or very young children, otherwise you will feel totally out of place. The All Inclusive is nothing of the sort. Food was of a home cooked nature but very repetitive and lacking variety. Birds flying all around the dining area, picking at bread at the food station and landing on tables to eat food. The staff are wonderful but we won't be going again.

  Just back from our stay at this hotel. We were a group of 5 friends, and we stayed in a 2 bed villa with private pool. It was absolutely gorgeous, really spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds super comfortable.The food was fantastic, I haven't been to many all inclusive resorts that could compare. Not a huge amount of dishes at each meal but that was there was so fresh and tasty. There's a huge choice of wine, beer and cocktails, most of which are made fresh not premixed. By far the biggest highlight of this place is the staff. Honestly, every single staff member from the front desk to the cleaners and the waiting staff, always had a smile and a chat with us and couldn't help enough with any queries. We had great banter with the bartenders, especially Yousef, Oscar and Nico. I genuinely can't say enough nice things about this place.   Very rude chef

  The female chef in charge of the breakfast service 15th April 2026 needs to work on customer service . She was very rude when asked for a couple of fried eggs “ wait until i finish this” was the answer with a big frown, literally 2 minutes afterwards my wife returned to the table and said the chef was rude as well telling her to wait abruptly when she dared to ask if the orange juice was going to be refilled. Honestly, if you cannot be polite then perhaps you are in the wrong job or should be out of the public eye. Please remember that we pay good money to be here and you get paid to work here.   Wonderful hotel recommend for all

  Absolutely lovely, great rooms with private pools Absolutely wonderful, next to the pool area for adults to relax and keep an eye on the kids. The entertainment was brilliant on one night there was Oscar the magician, lots better than other hotels "magicians" and there was a coffee machine, all inclusive (of course). Don't even get me started on the food themed nights lots of opportunity for kids to try new food, if not then there is plenty of other options they are guaranteed to enjoy. The beds where very comfortable, sheets always clean, no roaches or bugs very nice and blackout curtains extremely helpful. The pool was magnificent, they allow floaties, and next to it there is a shack with a large variety of drinks, one day in the pool there was a foam party, kids enjoyed greatly, the staff where all very polite and always were wanting to help and always offered drinks. The noise level was silent past about 8pm so good night sleep for all and the atmosphere when you where there was insanity it felt like you where at a football game in a good wayin conclusion great place to stay would definitely go again, highly recommend.   Excellent family stay. Warm, easy, convenient and exactly what we needed.

  We travel often and have high standards, but with a toddler and a neurodivergent 8-year-old, we prioritised GGER because of the villa space, amenities like the private pool for this trip and convenient base location. What stood outLocation 8/10Ideal as a base. We are not a family to only stay at resort so we rented a car and that made it super easy to reach Tenerife’s many adventure offerings like Mt Tiede, whale watching, Submarines, volcanic wineries etc. Resort Vibe & Layout – 8.5/10Cozy, calm, and easy to navigate. Our villa (#15) was poolside, and our son loved the independence of being able to come and go with his digital wristband. Not a luxury resort, but cheerful, cozy and comfortable.Staff – 10/10Outstanding. Kind, patient, and intuitive with kids. Sonia, Oscar, and others made us feel truly cared for.Kids Experience – 8/10The small setting helped our son engage with other children and make friends. Simple entertainment like magic shows and pool side bubbles were a hit. Thoughtful touches like children’s plastic plates and dining-room play areas made meal times easy.2BR Pool Villa – 9/10The reason we booked and worth it. The small heated pool was perfect (especially for a cold-sensitive child and parents who want somewhere to hang during toddler naps)The crib fit well in the master bathroom for a dark sleep space, allowing parents to keep their own room.Tip: ask for a villa facing the golf course. We did not love that ours was facing parking lot and we could see cars while relaxing… for the price of the room I’d do more to cover the view with trees… ⸻Good to knowFood – 6/10Not the highlight, but workable. A little bland / fried, which was great for the kids but less for adults. Still I was able to make salads and “picky bit” plates. Overall it wasn’t a problem because we planned a few authentic meals out (reco: late lunch at Casa Peña after morning exploring Mt Tiede) What the food lacked was more than made up by accommodating staff. Amenities - 4/10Surprising miss: no slippers, robes, or basic toiletries at this price point.ATM was broken the whole time which was a bummer as we wanted to tip staff ⸻Bottom lineA lovely family resort if you value ease, space, and kind staff over luxury polish.Not recommended for single or romantic travellers.
