    This was the 3d time we visited the hotel and this time we found it alittle tired looking . We stay in the swim up rooms and there was general lack of care which was apparent with broken and missing tiles around the swim area . Cleaning was also a problem as in 5 days , the outside pool area wasn’t once cleaned . The customer care was questionable in the sense that they now only provide water every second day and even when highlighting that the water day had been missed , there was no room for discussion with reception who were clearly operating to a mandatory checklist .. very disappointing. They need to look at their returning customer care . We also booked a late check out and were only provided with a 2 hour extension which was chased by housekeeping after 1 hour 45 mins! Overall Poor communication with hotel staff and guests . Needs to be improved overall to encourage returning guests to continue to support the hotel as it is a great location.

    The views are absolutely breathtaking, everything is impeccably clean, and the entire place smells divine. The level of service is truly exceptional—I’ve stayed in places ten times more expensive that don’t come close. The staff are simply incredible, making the whole experience unforgettable.

    Great hotel. Had fantastic holidays. The hotel is located on a littler peninsula so on all rooms have at least partial see view. If you get a room in the second or 3rd building from the reception (there are 3 buildings with rooms in total) you will have the best view. Hotel is clean and modern. There are no sunbed wars- there are enough for everyone (with Pleanty spare but I can in April so not peak season). All staff here are great. They all seem to be Spanish and they genuinely go above and beyond to look after you (including remembering where you like to sit for meals- how they do it I have no idea!). Big shout out to Renato and other restaurant staff- you guys are great and make the holidays so much better!     We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed with the Priviledge experience and it’s totally worth it! The hotel is really well located, with a coastal boardwalk and mini markets if anything is needed. We would like to make a special shoutout to Ismail Goauli who always received us with a big smile! He is an excellent waiter and skilled professional! Countless times, he went out of his way to accommodate our meal bookings even when there was high demand for dinner.     A fantastic stay that keeps us coming back!

    We returned back to H10 Atlantic Sunset in mid March for 10 days and it was again a great experience from the moment we entered the hotel. Familiar faces throughout the hotel and everyone is so welcoming, chatty and friendly. Our room was on the fifth floor in the Privilege building with great views. We mainly ate in The View Privilege Restaurant but also visited Stromboli, Sakura Teppanyaki and Route 66, where they just had revealed a new menu. All food is delicious with our favourites still being the tomato tartare, salmorejo, black rice and the cod. The grilled salmon in Route 66 was also really good. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday as we always do at Atlantic Sunset. The new candle making class was great fun and we got to take the candles home too. Countdown to the next visit has started already, see you soon!
