Location

This popular hotel is located directly in front of Bobo beach, with direct access to the beach. Guests will find a shopping area close to the hotel with an array of shops and entertainment venues nearby (within 500 m). Convenient public transport links are located 400 metres from the hotel. Reina Sofia Airport is roughly 15 km away.

Facility

359 rooms, including 11 junior suites, 20 single rooms and 260 double rooms, are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We booked this hotel based on a family recommendation as we were celebrating two very special occasions – our engagement and my 30th birthday – and it exceeded every expectation.From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed at check-in with a glass of cava, which was such a lovely touch and immediately made us feel special. We were then given a room that was even better than we could have imagined: spotless, modern, and with an absolutely enormous bed – so big we could barely reach each other!About an hour after settling in, the phone rang to check that we were happy with everything. Shortly after, there was a knock at the door and we were surprised with a bottle of cava and a lovely note congratulating us on our engagement. Such a thoughtful touch.There was plenty of variety with the food, and our favourite place to sit was out on the terrace. The stunning sea views and the sound of the waves made every meal feel so relaxing and special. There was also so much space around the bars and pools that everything felt calm and never overcrowded. The Moscow Mule cocktail was definitely a personal favourite!A couple of days into our stay was my 30th birthday. After being out for a few hours, we returned to our room to find another bottle of cava, a birthday cake, and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday. The personal touches and attention to detail were absolutely faultless.Our final breakfast on Friday morning was the only slight downside. It seemed to coincide with lots of new arrivals, and although we went down reasonably early, breakfast had been heavily picked over. Plates had run out, there were no pastries left, and while some items were restocked, others had completely gone.That said, the only real fault with our holiday was that it had to come to an end!You are able to rent pool towels for the duration of your stay, paying €20 per towel which is refunded at the time of return at the end of your stay. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff at H10 Gran Tinerfe for making our engagement and birthday celebrations so memorable. We’ll never forget it.

    Another Great Holiday.

    The Gran Tinerfe is the only hotel we would stay at in Tenerife. having tried other hotels in the Adege and Del Duque area. The staff ,lovely buildings and food ensure a perfect stay. If there was a problem then reception always had a solution. We hopefully will return next year for our eighteenth year, confident in achieving another great holiday.
