    Nice staff, good location, and good value. My only concern is that the hotel needs a little update. The doors are old and dented, the bathroom needs a deep cleaning.

    I stayed here two nights and for the money I paid it was fine. Clean and tidy. The bedroom had a double bed, TV, fridge and a small bathroom with a shower. The hotel is close (walking distance) to the cruise terminal. The only thing that let it down was the building work that was going on next door. From about 8 in the morning there was banging and general building noise. So... If you're planning on sleeping in, you'll struggle.

    The worst hotel where i have been in all my life. Rooms small and dirty, they were cleaning my bedroom no more than twice a week, sometimes also once, there was a finger of water that was running from the sink and sometimes the water wasn't running from the shower. A real infern to stay! With Staff anhonest and hypocrites. Dont Go There ! Trust Me

    Very easy to access city ,harbour, bus station. Lacking facilities like cups or a kettle though inexpensive vending machine and close to many cafesSome noise from other guests doors but not a real problem. Big problem finding somewhere to park and any car larger than a compact would have a problem accessing the area Horizonte Hotel, Otros at Hotel Horizonte, responded to this review Dear john,We thank you for sending your comment and your good evaluation of it.We apologize if any other guests were not respectful of your rest. We were at his disposal 24 hours a day at the Reception, so if we had been informed, we would have looked for a quick solution. The same for the topic of the kettle and breakfast cups, since we have several in Reception at the disposal of our Clients for free.Our central location makes it not easy to find parking but we have several underground and guarded parking spaces available to our Clients. This is informed at Reception and on our website.     Scruffy and dirty

    The toilets in the public areas were dirty, as was the bath in the en suite.No hot water in the room. Cannot get a drink except bottled water from a machine, or coffee from a machine. The coffee was as cheap as it gets, cold, and served only half a cup at a time. We had to wait four and a half hours for our room to be ready. Lights on the third floor lift warning did not work automatically, so we had to grope around in the dark to find a light switch. Staff were helpful, though. It is in a really run down part of town. Horizonte H, Recepción at Hotel Horizonte, responded to this review Mr. Norman,The main reason for his dissatisfaction is that you showed up at the hotel first thing in the morning and, insistently, wanted to occupy your room which was still occupied by a previous Client. In your Reservation, on our website and at the Reception it is clearly informed that check-in takes place after 1 pm and check-out until 12 noon. That is, the previous Client made use of his right to use the room until 12 noon and, subsequently, it had to be cleaned and prepared for you.We believe that all negative information sends it as revenge to damage our reputation by not having achieved its objective. We would not have had any problem in having used your room in advance if it had been empty and ready. Please reflect on it.In any case, we have published more than 1,500 ratings on the different main hotel review pages on the internet. As you can easily see, most of the customers who visit us value the price paid for their stay (we are the cheapest hotel in the city), our central location, the cleanliness of the establishment, our attention at the 24-hour reception desk. day, the free services that the rooms have (Wi-Fi, fridge, television with international channels, personal hygiene supplies), as well as the possibility of using an underground garage near the hotel and at a very economical price.May you be happy.Hotel Horizonte.
