Location

This hotel is located just metres from the tourist area where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. Only 200 m from the beach, the hotel is also just a few minutes' walk away from Plaza de España. Public transport departs from stops located just 50 m from the hotel and a further beach is 8 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 2 junior suites, 40 single rooms and 53 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Major noise during night. Hotel promised compensation but never paid it.

    There is a bar on the 4th floor. Hotel allows noisy parties that last to 1am. We heard music clearly and even earplugs didnt help the case. We complained about this and they only gave another room which was as bad.After our stay we contacted the hotel about the matter. They replied and promised to compensate us for the price of one night of our stay. We filled in the required paperwork, and the hotel claimed that they had sent the compensation to our bank account.However, the receipt for the payment showed that the hotel had paid the compensation to a different account, not ours. The hotel has not responded to our messages since I sent them pictures showing the incorrect payment details. The hotel never paid the compensation to us.     Centrally located, this is an ok hotel for a short stay. Although my room was clean and the bed relatively comfortable, my one-night stay was long enough. The breakfast was a very sad affair - very average and served in a dark room. I would recommend having breakfast at one of the many local cafes nearby.

    We were not offered the type of room that was booked and prepaid, they said they don't have it and we must take the option they have for us. The hotel was partially under refurbishment so everything was covered in dust. The car park is not located at the same address, you need to walk few minutes to get there.

    My room was grubby, basic, noisey from the machines outside and unclean. Hairs in the bathroom, eyelash on the sink and dirt in bottom of the glasses. The room bared no resemblance to the rooms on the website. The only positive was the location.
