This apartment complex is situated in the heart of Playa de las Americas, just 300 m from the beach. A wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and public transport links is within 300 m of the property and it is about 500 m to the tourist centre of Los Cristianos. Santa Cruz is around an hour's drive and it is approximately 20 km to Tenerife South Airport.

Facility

98 single rooms and 3 double rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     This is the best hotel in the world!

    This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in the UK or abroad. It is just like home for us. I have Cerebral Palsy, and their accessible apartments are everything I need. The only downside is that there are only 3 accessible apartments, so we have to book a year in advance. The staff are unbelievably friendly, and they go out of their way to help! My husband and I have been going for about 10 years, sometimes 3 times a year. I just wish every hotel were like this

    Hotel well situated in playa de las Americas, minutes walk to shops and beach, hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, Room cleaned every day, stayed at hotel twice now and have booked again for July 2026,

    This was the second time we were guests at Hotel Andorra. The staff was great, the cleaning of the apartment very good and everything exemplary. We, the couple, have already booked an apartment for next year.
