    Terrible , Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

    The reception staff were rude and not accommodating, The lift didn’t work, WiFi was shocking and the noise from the nearby nightclubs kept us awake all night , I was under the impression the hotel had its own bar , which turned out to be the cafeteria next door , The staff were friendly here so I didn’t mind too much , even though they ran out of toilet rolls and paper towels, returning the next day they still had not sorted the issue out

    Very fresh room BUT we booked a room with "garden view/patio". (I have written this in Hotels.com but it never shows) the garden/patio view is looking in to a wall. Totally klaustrophobic. Room 108. Good to know. The wifi never worked in the room, only by the front desk. No changes happened when we told the staff.

    All I can stay is wow this hotel is absolutely stunning. Staff especially the manager and other receptionists were so kind helpful and really went out there way to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself was immaculate so clean and fresh. I would recommend this hotel and I will be returning and letting all my family and friends know to use the hotel. Thank you so much for the gifts on my birthday you truly made our stay a memorable place.     Don't book this the hotel it is not open even when checking with loveholidays they confirmed it was.Arrived on Christmas eve at 10pm to find it boarded up yet loveholidays are still advertising this hotel.I complained to loveholidays but they said as we were moved to another hotel they did all they could.

    Booked at this place for 2 nights with my daughter, grandson,his wife, my 2yr great grandson as we was taking him to siam park,Dropped luggage of and went for lunch.when we went backth the hotel we decided not to stay. Everwear was very dirty .would not want any one to take a bath it needed taking out,doors did not shut pieces of wood broken off things, windows bottom openers with a piece of wood holding them up ,which is very dangerous. Carpets very dirty and stained, We are told that it isn't even a one star .Do NOT STAY HERE. No sheets on beds fussy very prickly blankets Also the photos shown on their site do not belong to this place
