Location

This hotel is located directly beside a beautiful beach in the tourist area. The seawater swimming baths, Martinez, are situated opposite the hotel. The magnificent old town is only a few minutes walk away. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. Convenient public transport links are within a 100 m of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 27 single rooms and 238 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

    Location in San Telmo was very good and close to all amenities. The area was busy in the evenings with local music and dance. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Balconies seem to be allocated randomly and may have to be requested. Range and quality of food was very good. Service was excellent and the staff were courteous and welcoming.

    More Than Adequate

    We only stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a cruise on a half board basis. To be honest, the poor weather didn’t help things, but we had no complaints about the hotel. Room was ok. Not the comfiest bed, but didn’t hamper sleep. The balcony had a decent view of the pool area. Shower was good and everything was clean. The hotel meals were all buffet. Choice was ok and we never had problems finding something to suit our taste. The hotel location was great. Everywhere was walkable in 10-15 minutes (including the Agatha Christie steps). Having now visited this resort, for any future stays in Tenerife we’d probably go for the Southern resorts. But in this resort, I’d be happy to stay here again.     Lovely hotel, delicious food.

    We loved this hotel. Small and friendly, a bit care worn in places. Spottlesly clean in all areas, good entertainment and some of the best hotel buffet food we've ever had. We were half board and the food at each sitting was lovely.The location was perfect, I would point out though that it is used by mainly Spanish people, probably a good indication that its nice. We found this to be a positive as the Spanish dont seem to sunbathe, so there were always lots of sunbeds available! We found the hotel was used mainly by older people which suited us oldies fine.
