    We stayed 5 to the 15 of may room 826 it was a premium room I would say if you can get a premium room I would. The hotel is very clean The staff are very pleasant from reception to the room cleaner, s I must say the food is one of the best I've had on a all inclusive holiday the full English breakfast was bang on the drink, s we're fine you don't have to wait long to be served at the bar the pool. s can get bizzy but we always found a sun lounger.The area around the hotel is residential so not a lot to see but a bus ride in to the Capital only 1. 80 euro, s and is only 15 - 20 minutes away so all in all for the price we paid it was a very good holiday 👍 to punta del Ray

    Just got home from hotel stayed there 10 nights on arrival we had to wait 2 hours until we checked in we were then told there was no fridge kettle and safe in the room so we had to update our room this cost us an extra 250 euros when seeing the room it was a bit disappointing even though it was clean the room was very dated there was big gaps on the laminate floor the bathroom was nice and the air conditioning was good the best thing about the hotel was the staff especially in the restaurant and lounge bar they were very good the food was good some days but other days not so good was bad for two days with really bad dyarea the entertainment staff were very good as time went on the hotel grew on me met some lovely people would i go back not sure

    We arrived around midnight and was greeted by lovely staff, room was very clean and tidy-daily buffet for all inclusive each evening set dinners Which was lovely, fresh bread fresh fruit and juices- during the day 10am till 6pm light snacks- staff are so accommodating and we’ve met some lovely people along the way, amazing for couples families and friends. Pool opposite adults only- this lovely hotel take pride in there work and also there appearance and quality of food. We will be returning next year for a whole month Reps are helpful help you to plan days out lovely local supermarket near by cheap and cheerful- live entertainment every evening

    The hotel was nice the food was decent and the staff are lovely. Only problem kind of in the middle of now where and alot of old people perfect if u just want to chill and do nothing. Its our fault we booked last minute cheap for a lads party. so miles away from everything and taxis are expensive. Los American is over a hour away and santa cruz half hour away in car but aint great. The pools atmosphere was dead so we played a speaker and the old people complained to staff.Come if u want to chill and take it easy dont come if you want to party

    My husband and I stayed for a 4 day break, first impression when we arrived at 11pm was it was very noisy check in was quick and simple. We was given a room on the first floor next to the lifts and show room, room was very clean with comfy beds and a good size bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. The only downside to our room was it overlooked the bin area which could be a little noisy at times when staff was taking rubbish and bottles out. Being next to the show bar again very noisy during the shows and with people shouting and running up the corridor at 11pm. Food was very good always hot with a good range of choice. Swimming pools areas were clean although the pool is not heated and was very cold, be prepared for sunbed early morning runs, as there was not enough to go around. Pool bar was good as was the the snack bar, which was idea for snacks during the day. All inclusive ended at 11pm after this time you have to pay for any drinks. There are a few shops in the hotel other than that there is nothing else around the immediate vicinity. The location of the hotel was half way up a steep hill. It’s a nice hotel for a basic getaway
