This apartment complex is located in the exclusive area of Costa Adeje, 200 m from a small market held twice weekly, 400 m from a shopping centre and 800 m from Playa de Fañabé and the tourist centre. Playa las Americas town centre is 2 km away, as is the bus station (El Duque). It is 70 km to Santa Cruz, 80 km to Los Rodeos and Reina Sofia Airport is 20 km away.

Facility

This apartment hotel was renovated in 2021. Units include 117 junior suites located in a 4-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. At the air-conditioned apartment hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities at the hotel include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, an alarm call service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a heating stove ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles (for a fee), and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The apartment hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, volleyball, basketball and archery. A wide range of indoor sports are offered, including table tennis or, for a fee, a gym, billiards and darts. There is a wellness area with a spa and anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a pub. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options.

    i stayed in this hotel i would like to say the hotel is good however the gym is awful theres not many weights or machines its more like an open space with mirrors the food somedays was good some days was bad.. not much to say on that the rooms however have no wifi at all so make sure to get more data lol. BIG ISSUE there was ants in my room on my bed and alot of them just the thought of having to sleep with them was awful..     We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel hosts families, couples and groups.The rooms are clean, we had a pool facing view, which looked beautiful at night time .The restaurant offers a good variety of food, several different choices of meats and fish, I personally don't eat meat,and was pleased with plenty of vegetarian dishes ( which were very tasty) .The snack bar was great, a range of burgers, hotdogs, fries, fish fingers, squid , sandwiches, pasta salads, egg salads, tacos, pastries, cakes and ice cream .The pool area has plenty of loungers, the pool on the left is heated, I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the middle which is adults only, there is an adult only roof terrace, but I didn't venture up.The staff are nice enough, one young waiter was very happy when my daughter spoke some Spanish to him.The only thing that lets this hotel down is the entertainment, it's not the worst but plenty of room for improvement, but saying that it's positioned great, a 10 minute walk to the seafront which has plenty of evening entertainment, and looks beautiful at night.I was gifted a bottle of sparkling wine and a nice plate of prepared fruit for my birthday, which was a lovely little suprise.We would stay again.     Entertainment needs to be better other than that great hotel

    Went with my 3 children alone, the entertainment team was fantastic my 5 year old called the woman her best friend, the snack bar is better than the main food and will fill you, if you ask for certain cocktails make sure you ask for alcohol because I was drinking a carrabein cocktail all week and another cocktail but it was a mocktail😂 the night entertainment is too basic. Terrible the night time after the kids disco but even then the disco was the same songs on repeat for the 7 days we were there… staff were lovely especially the baldy guy in the bar and the black haired female, The younger looking one in the bar was miserable, the annex apartment we stayed in was clean and very spacious really handy near the kids play pool! I would come back to this hotel but please make night time and daytime entertainment better!
