    First time at this hotel and had a good experience, we arrived at the end of the storm so had mixed weather throughout the day but this did not stop us from having a good time. The hotel is beautiful and like some reviews have said it could do with a little refresh but without changing the style too much. The hotel is only bed and breakfast which we all enjoyed, there is a microwave if you like your food piping hot.The beach is straight out of the main doors over a walkway and shops and restaurants close by for evening meals. The Cleopatra is in a good position for bars restaurants and the beach would definitely return.     First time at the Cleo, good timing, worst storm in years. But that’s life, as for the hotel you couldn’t get nicer staff, really superb each and everyone one of them .Went b+b and would really recommend the breakfast it was really very very good.I love a nice poached egg and they were cooked in front of you to perfection,thank you.The hotel is very clean but needs as management knows it a bit of a do up which apparently is planned.Reception dealt with the cases on check in and check out private transport back to airport spot on time both ways.Looking forward to returning after the refurbishment as the position is perfect for us .     Cleopatras hotel was a lovely stay. The room was great and cleaned daily. The breakfast was plentiful and so much choice. The staff were polite and always at hand. We’d stay there again for sure.     An excellent place to stay

    We stayed for 2 weeks in a superior room with a plunge pool overlooking the Med Palace. The room was quiet, spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The balcony was large with 3 sunbeds, a table and 2 chairs plus the plunge pool. It was a little sun trap that also sheltered us from the wind with no noise disturbance at night. There was a safe which was free to use and a decent size fridge for wine/beer plus plenty of storage. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and kept the room spotless.We ate breakfast in the hotel each morning which had plenty of variety to suit everyone, was kept replenished and tasted delicious. The staff were always polite.Our special thanks go to Cesar at reception for sorting out our small problem on arrival and to Eduardo our porter. The bar was a lovely and tranquil place to sit at night with gentle entertainment and good drinks if you didn't want to visit the many bars and entertainment that were within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very stylish but could do with a lick of paint and possible refurb at some point but nothing that would change the look of the place because it has its own unique style and is perfect as it is. The pool area is quiet with plenty of sunbeds and the pool bar had good drinks and snacks with a friendly service. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the beach and close to the golden mile in Las Americas but is also handy for the good bars, restaurants and entertainment available in Los Cristianos. Would we come back - absolutely yes and hopefully will do next year if we can have the same room!
