This attractive apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Duque, about 600 m from beautiful sandy beaches. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest public transport stop is just in front of the apartment hotel.

Facility

210 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge.     Stayed here for 5 nights in april for my birthday with my partner. Location is perfect short walk to all beaches, del duque is beautiful and my fav, lots of bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Also there's a 'coffee shop' 5 min walk from hotel 🌱 Hotel is very chill vibes, hotel looks stunning from the outside 2 great pools, smaller one very quiet area, second little more life but still perfect for chilling. Rooms are basic looking but they are very clean especially the bathroom Didn't eat at hotel so cant comment on that..had frozen pina colada which was very nice. All staff are very polite speak good English, when checking in the receptionist noticed it was my birthday and wished me happy birthday which was nice. Pools and whole hotel is kept clean throughout the day. There is alot of complaints regarding brown water, we only had a little when first running the tap, nothing major and didn't put us off, think people in UK expect everything to be the same back home but unfortunately they dont have the same water systems as us, not everyone in the world has a clear water system. I would most definitely return here, gutted to be home.

    We arrived 19th April the water was brown after 2 days the water went off completly for 16 hrs then it came back on still brown complIned to hotel waste of space it was disgusting there attitude .then stepped in jet 2 reps who were superb moving us to another hotel and sorting compensation out .the hotel is a health risk

    Beautiful location and hotel, right next to the shopping centre, beautiful pool, didn’t like the fact that the pool shut at 6pm. Went out to Loro parque which took the full day with travelling there and back and we wanted to dip in the pool when we got back but couldn’t. Food was okay the same kinda thing every day though, advertised pool snacks on the booking Website and Google but the ice creams cost separately and the pool snacks menu was no where to be seen until our last day we had no clue we could get pool snacks so was a bit disappointed with this. staff were lovely but the receptionists were a bit clueless to fixing issues. Our last full day/night we had no water at all couldn’t even flush toilet as the full system needed flushed apparently. Eventually came on a few hours before we had to leave but it was brown and wouldn’t run clear so had to wait till we got home for a shower but we got to keep our all inclusive bands after check out and got to enjoy lunch and drinks for the inconvenience before we got picked up. Overall I would stay here again but would go self catering next time.

    Not sure where to start with this one so the water in our room block E was gross yellow and brown very off putting and something that needs sorting out asap people pay their hard earned wages to go to these places and at minimum expect clean running water. The pool is lovely nice and big but the area around the pool could do with more regular cleaning. The rooms are nice and clean basic but comfortable. Entertainment was great and the animation team were lovely such nice people. They also have a lovely guy who draws funny character portraits on a evening only €10 which we thought was really reasonable. Fantastic location so handy to have the shopping centre straight in front. We stayed self catering so can’t comment on food as we ate out every day. But drinks are very reasonably priced. We honestly had such a great week here and if they sort the problem out with the water and clean up the pool area then we wouldn’t hesitate to return in future.

    Holiday from hell

    We have just come back from here and it was a terrible holiday. The water was light brown all the time and then we had no water for 24hrs in taps and toilet, disgusting. And the water then was dark brown. No help from the staff at hotel.Do not go to this hotel......Jet2 did come on site and move people from the hotel to other hotels.
