Location

This hotel is located in the Residencial Anaga district, not far from the hydrofoil (Jet Foil) and the nautical club. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping facilities and can be easily reached on foot (1 km). The tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz is less than 40 min away by car. The Norte/ Los Rodeos airport is only about 15 km from the hotel and the Sur/ Reina Sofía airport roughly 65 km.

Facility

4 single rooms and 36 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well.     Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.

    check in and out ok but not really friendly.Room was in the 2nd floor which is ground level on the back side of the house. View over a backyard and on a wall. Getting the luggage upstairs without elevator was unpleasant; narrow stairway.It was getting quite noisy in the morning.

    We stayed here for a few nights when was a city carnival. Hotel had a good location what was great for us. Room good standard, everything what we needed was there. Staff in reception very lovely. Will recommend

    Had to stay in Santa Cruz for a week on family business needed a cheap hotel with parking. this hotel was great very clean and modern bathroom staff were helpful. Down side no lift but only 2 floors and no restaurant but 2 great ones next door. Also very close to centre.

    It was good value for money and the room and bathroom were clean, the staff pleasant and helpful and my room had a balcony. However, in early January, the bed needed a duvet. Even with the spare blanket, I was very cold. It advertised a “laid-back” restaurant and a bar. The restaurant’s description was an understatement. The service was not to be seen, though friendly enough when it arrived. Most of the items on the menu had been crossed out and there were a few handwritten options. I ordered the avocado and tomato salad followed by hake. Eventually, the waiter told me the chef wasn’t happy with the avocado, so I asked to see the menu again. No menu appeared but he returned after about 20 minutes with a perfectly acceptable avocado and tomato salad! Whilst eating this, he came back to say there was no hake (a handwritten item) would I like cod!! The bar was fine with more reasonably-priced tapas food but the tables needed a good clean.
