Location

This hotel's location is in the district of San Antonia, overlooking Taoro Park. Convenient public transport links are only 100 metres from the hotel and the beach is roughly 800 m away.

Facility

315 rooms, including 36 single rooms and 268 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service. 5 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A desk, and for a fee, a safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Other features include a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge). The bathrooms have a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 11 family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, bocce, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. Sport and leisure options include table tennis or, for a fee, a gym and pilates. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available (subject to charge). Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet and high chairs). The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner is served as a buffet.     Quiet hotel in early season

    Hotel is lovely pool area clean and large, it was really quiet and no fighting for sun beds, hotel decor lovely and modern, food was good we only had breakfast lots of variety, bar food not so good, frozen produce, great variety in drinks, rooms comfortable but I wouldn’t say they are 4* as no tea or coffee making facilities which was very disappointing, this would only be the reason why we wouldn’t return as you couldn’t hire a kettle or anything either, No air con either which we found strange in a year round resort, however they did provide us with a fan. Restaurants in town were nice, lovely longo steak house would recommend 5 euros in a taxi down there and around 7 back as very hilly, not much of a path, beach is awful big boulders couldn’t sunbathe or sit on there either. But it was just for a relaxing holiday we wanted by the pool with good food to eat out.     No atmosphere 3 star hotel

    The hotel lacked 4 star service. The gym was outside the hotel and you had to pay €10 to use it each time, no discount as a hotel resident. The cleaning staff did very little in the rooms bar change the bins and towels. No kettle in the room. You had to pay extra for the safe in the room. The AC was not proper air Conditioning, we were lucky it was peak summer or we would have melted. No live entertainment at night. Very little atmosphere. Breakfast was 3 star at best, nothing too healthy to consume. The wifi in the room was very weak when if did actually work. While not the hotels fault, its good to know it's a 15-20 min treck to get down to the shore or to the square for restaurants and an uphill climb back to the hotel. There's only one Mexican restaurant beside the hotel, which has great food but they also do not open until the evening and also close on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A very quiet location over all, with very little to do here. The mini golf area desperately needed a lick of paint, it was very weathered. Other than that, bar staff were lovely. Receptionist staff lacked basic person skills, and never informed us about anything in the vicinity of the hotel or near by. No room service available either. Bar food was very basic, frozen pizzas, toasties.If I go to Tenerife again I wouldn't stay here. Its also a 2 hour shuttle back to the south airport, something else to note if you are booking.     I have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is very good. Good service, mostly friendly staff, clean, well taken care of, good breakfast. Nice bar in the evening. A garden with swimming pool is very beautiful and the nice place to spend time and relax. Also the volcano Teide is visible in the clear days. Location is up on the hill that I like. It is quiet there and the walking distance down to the beach and center is not too long but asks for fit (uphills and stairs). If walking is too hard, taxi drive takes only few minutes.Some poor things are:Safety box in the room is not free to use that nowadays is strange. No drinking glasses in the room, no little spoons or coffee making facilities….nothing.Only glasses are in the toilet, meant for teeth wash.
