Location

This family-friendly, beach hotel is located directly beside the sea and offers glorious views over the island of La Gomera. A shopping centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a free bus to Playa de las Americas and it is some 30 km to Tenerife Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 500 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 9 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a currency exchange service, a cash machine, a babysitting service, a car hire service, a laundry service and a lounge are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 4 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, crazy golf, golf and archery. With snorkelling, diving and water aerobics available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can choose from a range of indoor sporting activities, including a gym, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a sauna is available at the hotel. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 5 restaurants (non-smoking and a buffet available). All-inclusive can be booked. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, snacks and live cooking. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Another great holiday, its the only hotel we have returned to over & over. The staff are outstanding & want to make sure everyone has the best time they certainly go above & beyond other RIU Hotel's we have stayed in, management should be very proud of all the hard working staff at the hotel.They have so much choice in food they cater for everyone I'm gluten free & always found plenty of choice sometimes to much ha ha. They have a wide range of drinks & self service for wine & larger rather than go to the bar.No need to get up at stupid o clock either for a sun bed your on holidays relax & enjoy.There is a wide range of activities for everyone & a gym to work off your extra food & drink .Friday RIU party night staff work even harder for everyone to enjoy & are great fun for all ages they have a neon or white week.All lounge area's & your rooms are all kept clean with everything you need in your bedroom & bathroom's also have a good hair dryer.Can't wait to return again for New Year countdown has begun x

    Our room was beautiful with a massive balcony of the sea view, the food was beautiful and plenty of variety (food hack tip if you like croissants filled with Nutella take the top off and fill them :) ) entertainment staff really good and helpful, reception was helpful, polite and the rooms are cleaned every day.. this hotel deserves more credit than the stupid low star review merchants who when you click on other reviews give poor ratings.

    We had a great stay at this hotel in April 2026. We are a family of four with 2 kids (14 & 10). Nice quality rooms, great facilities and good staff & service.     Disappointed in hotel though it would not take much to make it much better.We had a double family room which was good size and reasonably equipped. No noise issues with room. Main buffet was disappointing and the pool snack bar pathetic. "speciality" restaurants were better but inconsistent we went to the Italian and Asian twice, first visit to both were fine but second visits were disappointing. Drinks via dispensers, wine awful cava was the only drinkable option. Cocktails third rate, pre mixed. Entertainment mediocre. Pools all 1.1 metres deep, could do with some deeper parts. Staff very friendly, helpfull and everything kept clean. As a tip, if you want to. book the other restaurants check on the hotel app a day or two before you want to go in the morning before breakfast. If there is no availability on the app, ask the person at the entry to breakfast as they often can get you in via a ticket.Not a big resort and beach awful.     A lovely holiday

    We stayed for 10 days as a family of seven, ranging in age from 8 to 60, and we absolutely loved it. We all had an amazing time. The facilities, rooms, food, drinks and activities were all excellent—everything was well-maintained and in great condition.What really stood out was the staff. From housekeeping to the restaurant team, animation staff, and reception, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The animation team did a fantastic job. There was a great variety of activities including fitness classes, football, basketball, fun pool games, and enjoyable evening entertainment. They truly made the experience special, especially for the kids. The white party they organised was a highlight.We really couldn’t fault this hotel. A special shout-out to Pablo from the animation team—he was brilliant with the kids and made a big impression on our family.If I had to be very critical, I’d suggest having football activities every day. It’s a great way for older kids to socialise and make friends.
