    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - Bad customer service. Staff were very rude in particular the owner. The road up to the hotel is very steep and we felt isolated once we arrived.The bubble room outside is an over rated plastic shell that is very hot and smells in the heat.The pool is also very small and the food is average.

    Fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature. The bubble is simply great, also very clean with a nice garden.The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of fruits, cereals, breads and drinks.The dinner was amazing.I do highly recommend this place.

    CON JOB!  - AVOID. The hotel has fantastic potential. It's such a shame it's so poorly managed and disorganised. It advertises a bar and restaurant which is deliberately misleading. Their bar amounts to a couple of large fridges located in an old brick room which they also call the restaurant. This is a total joke as the so-called restaurant also doubles up as the hotel reception and Manager’s office. When we dined there in the evening the Hotel Manager was still working on his laptop on one of the tables whilst his dog was running around the place sniffing the  peoples legs. Totally disgusting. Yes the Hotel has a great view but there's no mention of the extremely steep drive up which is so sketchy that my Hire Car barely made the climb. Their swimming pool is also disgusting with bits floating on the surface, it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and certainly not as enticing as the photos suggest. We were also quoted a fixed price of 19 euros via text for their set menu which included starters, main and desert. On serving the food it was immediately obvious we had been ripped off - The main pasta dish seemed to be straight out of Sainsbury's that had been chucked in a bowl of hot water. On paying the bill they had the front to overcharge us and in addition added a further 8 euros to the bottle of wine! When we complained to the Chef and head waiter he got quite upset and refused to provide breakfast in the morning. All very strange…

    We spent a wonderful week in this hotel rural, away from the overpowering crowds of the beach resorts The view of the sea is stunning, and the silence golden. There us a lovely pool area and some delightful outside spaces too. Good and plentiful buffet breakfast, and friendly, helpful hosts Massimo, Andrea and Clarissa. Pity we couldnt find a reservation in the bubble or the spa - next time!!!

    The place itself is stunning. Beautiful traditional Canarian building. The rooms we had was great, spacious and we had a lovely large balcony area. Then it started to go downhill........The television didnt work and instead of admitting this they kept referring to an imaginary technician that would come out any minute now. There was a massive problem with mosquitos in the room. When we said to reception they said 'yes we know'. So we asked for spray and they said 'we dont have any.' Finally it came to dinner which was a set menu that i had agreed to and paid for upfront. The food we were given was not the same as the set menu. The food was meant to be Italian. It was tasteless, possibly frozen and not at all enjoyable. The dessert was tiny and covered in about 5 sauces. The waiters did not speak Spanish (so English was a definite no), they only spoke Italian. We wouldnt come back here im afraid. Much as it is beautiful it is not comfortable.
